This hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything you want to see in Puebla. The historic building is stunning. The hotel rooms are located in an annex - they are small, but beautifully redone and very comfortable. The swimming pool is tiny and was not open when we first arrived. Lovely hotel, great location, excellent service.

The hotel was in a beautiful building with a fabulous foyer and the room was very nice. Although we loved it we were disappointed in some aspects of the service, eg a note in our room offered compliamentary tea and coffee but when we searched for it, there was none of either on any of the days during our stay. One morning we were able to find some hot […] water from the kitchen but no teabags and on the Sunday morning we were told the kitchen was closed so there would be no hot water. A small beef maybe but if it is offered, it should be provided. There were a couple of other small issues re service but the wonderful ambience of Puebla overrode them all. Read more

Hotel is convenient to historical center. First room I was offered was off the stairway and very noisy; however, staff agreed to change the room to one on a higher floor when requested. Room was basic but neat and clean.

THis hotel had an old world, elegant feel yet it was reasonably priced. It was a very nice hotel for the money. The only thing that was out of sync is that on my sheet from Hotels,com it said "Breakfast Included" when I arrived they told me the light brunch was not included but "heavy buffet" on weekends was included. With three little kids it is not […] worth spending money on a buffet, so I would check to make sure about some details when you arrive. Read more

beautiful colonial building, modern rooms. quiet neighbourhood but just round the corner from the zocolo. loved all the old tiled buildings and pottery shops, puebla is a very clean city .

Nice hotel in a good location. In contrast to the graceful lobby, the rooms are spartan and modern. Bus tours frequent this hotel, which can make it very crowded at breakfast. Better to eat somewhere else when there's a tour group staying there. Overall, I preferred the Colonial for less $$.

Основной плюс отеля Сан-Леонардо в Пуэбле в том, что он расположен в самом центре города. До главной площади 3 минуты ходьбы! В самом отеле замечательный холл, потолок украшен витражным плафоном, люстры хрустальные, красивые стеклянные двери. Как только вы минуете администратора, вся роскошь заканчивается. Номер чистый, постели удобные, широкие, но […] душ и туалет оставляют желать лучшего. Нерационально организовано пространство и нет никаких крючков для полотенец. Зато рядом (на 4-м этаже) оказалась прекрасная смотровая площадка с видом на все городские соборы и с бассейном. Персонал доброжелательный. Ресторан красиво оформлен, но мы завтракали в соседнем кафе, где все стоило в три раза дешевле и где была истинно мексиканская атмосфера - радушный и быстрый хозяин, много местных жителей. Las habitaciones no son como las que publican, la que a mi me dieron estaba sucia la cama, pedí el cambio de sabanas al hacer el check in y no lo hicieron hasta que regrese a la 1:30 a.m. Nunca mencionan que el estacionamiento tiene costo y el baño deja mucho que decir. No lo recomiendo.

Fui con mi familia a pasar un fin de semana, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de los principales sitios de interes en el centro de la ciudad; fue sorprendente el desayuno buffet preparado al momento con una variedad de platillos tipicos del estado de Puebla. Es un Hotel moderno con reminisencias del pasado. Decorado sencillo, elegante y con Buen gusto. En el corazón del Centro Histórico de Puebla. En nuestro próximo viaje regresaremos a este Hotel, sin dudarlo.

El hotel es muy bonito, nos sentimos muy a gusto. El personál amable. Todo bien para un precio bajo. Además tiene un restaurante y la comida estuve bien rico. No nos podemos cejar de nada.

El hotel está cerca del zócalo, la habitación asignada era cómoda, limpia, con aire acondicionado en buen funcionamiento. El baño algo pequeño pero renovado y bien iluminado. El único inconveniente es que la ventana del cuarto daba a un patio interior donde se hallaba una planta, no se si era una motobomba de agua o de luz y se escuchaba algo de ruido […] toda la noche. Nice,cleab and well located hotel!

Perfect location and super clean room with comfy bed. Only fault was the paint smell, which luckily didn't bother us once in our room.
