While the room exceeds most expectations, the courtesy of front desk was not! they demanded alot of pre authorizations for not even having a restaurnt on property. if you dont mind them tying up 200 off your credit card as well as cost of room totalling over 300 then this is a great place to stay

The Hotel location to the Las Vegas Convection Center was perfect ! A lovely quiet property with a friendly professional staff I found the the Hilton a fefuge after a long day. Taxis were available for trips to the Strip , however having the full service of the Las Vegas Hilton next door made after hour entertainment easy. The "almost perfect" part...the doors connecting the rooms made the noise level uncomfortable when guest checked in next door. Try to request no adjoining doors , unless its your own family. We were very pleased with the accomodations at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. The 1 BR condo we had was large and clean. Worked great for us and our two kids. The deli was handy and good, but we did miss having real room service. The staff was very helpful and nice. We got the request to attend the sales pitch, and we politely declined and were left alone. I've seen other posts w/concerns over the sales pitch and it being confusing about which Hilton we were staying at. But just a little checking out Google Maps before we left helped w/the correct bldg...and I never have trouble saying no to sales pitches! We will look to stay here again in the future, especially at the great rate we got at Hotels.com. Oh yes, the Hilton did NOT have our hotels.com reservation, but the clerk didn't skip a beat - he just took my confirmation, typed everything in, and we were handed keys.

It was great being in a Hotel in Las Vegas that isn't packed with people gambling. When we chose to gamble we went to another Hotel, in the meantime we didn't have people walking the hallways at all hours of the night, if we chose to sit in the lobby or sit by the pool, it was quiet and comfortable. Having the refrigerator and microwave in the room gave us plenty of options, we even had a nice barbeque the last night before we left on barbeque's for the guests down by the pool. The staff we all very friendly and helpful to answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants the excitement of Vegas and the ability to excape when the time is needed.

It's best if you have a car, because the main strip is far off, but if you're looking for a hotel where you can relax and cook your own meals once in a while, this is an excellent choice. We frequent Vegas a lot, and it gets to the point where it's nice having a place to return to that feels home-y, without having to buy into the timeshares.

Hotel is great to escape from Las Vegas casino atmosphere, but is located several blocks off Strip and at far end from most newer "major" casino projects. So, if you're coming to game, stay elsewhere. There was no restaurant on property though next door, 200 yard walk, to another Hilton with a casino and restaurants. It is adjacent to monorail which costs $12 per day to ride onto Strip.

I was not a fan of the 4pm check out time, so I called the hotel and was told to call upon arrival even if it was prior to 4 b/c they frequently have rooms available early. So, I stopped in around 1pm and the room wasn't ready yet, which I was ok with and they took my cell so they could call me when it was ready. Well...they never called, so I returned at 4 fully expecting a room to be ready, but there still was no room! They said it would be approximately 45 min...so I waited by the pool...and waited and still no call, even at 5pm! When I called them a little after 5...it still wasn't ready...The room wasn't ready until 6! This was a huge inconvenience because we had tickets to a show and were forced to skip dinner having only enough time to get ready and go to the show! The hotel staff was polite, but they never acknowledged this inconvenience or tried to make it up to us. So, this poor service really hampered my overall opinion of the hotel. I don't recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was a great one! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was well worth the money. The bedroom has a hot tub on the side and it was wonderful to be in and relax. The room was very clean, no complaints at all. Its not on the strip but close enough. One thing I really liked about this hotel is that is that check out time was at 10 am and after a long night of partying in "Vegas" we didnt make it out of the room till noon, and never once got a call from the front desk trying to rush us out! Very cool! I really like this hotel and plan on staying there again.

Jeffery supplied us with the utmost professional standrad there could be. When the previous guest left cooking odors, the staff attempted to solve it while we were at dinner, Jeffery came to our room to check on us and gave us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite that is really an apartment. We did not have to ask. His demeanor was impeccable and we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. The lady at the front desk obtained approval for a reduced rate after I mentioned what Jeffery had done. The night security gentleman provided us with bellman servece and was quite gracious - as was the front desk when we had problems getting a crucial fax to our law office. We chose the Hilton Grand Vacation Club so we would not have to deal with smoke and party crowds. The one drunk guest we saw was being dropped at his room to sleep it off. We will return.

It is convenient ( 3 minute walk) to the BIG Hilton with 3000 rooms (and long lines) and to the monorail. A convenient Deli on the first floor has reasonably priced sandwiches and sundries. Bar service is available at the pool. Every staff member was amiable and made me feel at home and welcome.

I found out some part of facilities are not ready since it opened very lately, but there was no problem for us to stay there. If you want a hotel without casino and quite comfortable air as well as reasonable price, this hotel is recommendable. However, if you want a cozy and nice restaurant and good casino in it, you should find a hotel in the strip.

I would have to say at first I thought I would never find the place! They dont mention they have 3 of the same hotels within a 3 block radius of eachother. The brand new one I will say the customer service needed improvement. The front desk attendent was very snooty and rude. But when I finally reached my destination I was helped by a man named Willy who was amazing enough to upgrade our room and get us put on a VIP guest list for Pure the nightclub at Cesars Palace. The room was amazing, there was a kitchenette and a full living room with a plasma tv. A seperate bedroom with a mirrored jucuzzi tub off to the side. All in all a pretty respectable place, Very clean and upscale while still being simple. Dont forget to shoot a game of pool downstairs, go swimming or eat in the killer deli either!

We requested a smoking room because we are moderate smokers, however the room had no ventilation or windows to open and the room reeked after smoking one cigarette! We smoke more in our own house and it has never been CLOSE to smelling that bad. Ventilation is a must. Perhaps a bigger air infiltration system?

They don not own the room and will take no responsibility for it except maid service on a daily basis. The soaking tub was great in the one bedroom apartment. Kitchen was adequate for most needs. Ice maker was exceptional, plus every room comes with a washer and dryer so you don't have to take dirty cloths home with you. It is real close to the strip and the monorail is only a short distance away. I would stay here again.
