Hotel has all the potential ('hardware') of being a great 4 star hotel -- unfortunately they totally lacked in service and attention to detail. Whilst the room itself was clean (apart from mould around the AC), this wasn't true for the balcony and common areas. Table cloths in the restaurant […] haven't been replaced once during our 4 day stay! Read more
