I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

"Fun for all"
The kids and I had a wonderful time. The waterside is not open all day so that gave us plenty of easy time to sightsee before heading back for some fun. Staff at the hotel we all very helpful. We had a great stay.

"Great Hotel..Poor Elevators"
Everything with this hotel was terrific. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the Elevators were horrible...The doors would consistantly get stuck half way open and would not open fully..Once the elevator stopped about 2 feet above the floor it was on. Finally, it took 25 minutes to get an elevator to go down to the lobby from our floor...This needs […] improvement. Read more

"Fallsview Hilton"
Wonderful, clean and spacious accomadations. Stayed for our 15th anniversary. Close to great dining and you can go to the casino and starbucks without stepping foot outside. Jettub was a great bonus. Pool was perfect temperature and spiral slide would keep kids 5 to 11 busy for hours. We enjoyed the steamroom, hottub and sauna. Towels were not the softness […] I'd expect from a 4 star and shampoo and conditioner provided were not great stuff for long thick hair like mine. Minor complaints for a fabulous stay. ALSO- somehow I thought we'd be able to see the falls from our bed. We had a great view of both falls from anywhere in the room while standing, but only saw the neighboring casino from the bed. We were on the top floor of the North tower. Perhaps on other floors you migt be able to see them from bed. I'm not sure, but could be worth asking if you are looking for that romance and expecting to spend a lot of time there! We brought wine and hotel staff quickly and kindly provided glasses and corkscrew upon request. TIP- ask for the robe and house slippers when booking. "Excellent Hotel"
The hotel and the staff were great. It is a great hotel for familes. You never have to leave the building if you did not want to. Some of the restaurants are a little pricey for families but Clifton Hill area is very close with lots of choices

"Stay here"
Nice hotel. did not eat here but you could find several places to eat under one roof. Valet parking is expensive.....about $xx per night with tax.

"Great location! Close to everything!"
Our stay was great! There is a dirrect pass to the casino, ihop onsite however, the only concern we had is the "no view" room. There really was no view. Behind the window we had a wall. Besides this, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience while sightseeing the Falls!

We stayed at the Hilton for our 2 year anniversary and we were so happy with our stay, being able to see the falls out our window and convient casino just across the street, we were very pleased with our stay

Close to falls, Hotel has all the right amenities kids loved the swimming pool. Have weekend breakfest on the 33rd floor restaurant and see the sunrise over the falls nice food and great view.

When ever you book online (9 out of 10 times) your usually given a standard room will have a view of usually not much. Example- A Wall- Air conditioners for example depending on hotel you are booking, but if its only a place to stay your Golden. Mind you they always give you a option to upgrade, still for a low fee that's worth it only if you need a […] better view or a Suite. "close to everything - falls are a block away!"
This hotel was awesome and Andrew at the front desk was great - we got there early he not only check-he also made sure we had a room with an incredible view! All the staff was amazing - breakfast buffet was worth the additional charge - even the oatmeal was good! Highly recommend - could not have asked for more.

If you want to wake up to a sunrise over the falls this hotel will meet and exceed your expectations. Obviously the higher your room is the better the views (and the higher the price). When I first opened the door to the room, it smelled like someone had just set fire to a carton of cigarettes. It was a smell that you eventually get used to, but once back at home, ALL of my stuff smelled. Went to turn the jacuzzi on, it started spewing red water for the first minute. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The view was outstanding and the location was also very good. The only negative was the TV lost most of the channels a couple of times, they eventually came back both times. I would stay here again.

The concierge was very short and unhelpful. She recommended a tour and it was expensive, but we went anyway. Next day we asked some questions about where to find something and she was abrupt again like we were bothering her. I was in this hotel about 4 years ago and it was pretty good. I just recently went back and was quite disapointed. I was offered a smoking room and I jumped on it, being from Q.C. where smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, I was excited. We had an excelnice!!!lant stay and very good service. We had an upgrade because it was my Birthday and that was so verynice gidt fro me. We have already recommended this Hotel. "Lack of heating / cooling"
While the hotel was close to where one wants to be in, while at Niagara, the room left much to be desired. There were two major problems. 1. The was no central heating / cooling in the room - only one window a/c which was very ineffective. Could not sleep the whole night due to it being very hot. 2. "Gorgeous Room!"
Our room was a corner room with a view of the US falls (Though I didn't realize that when I upgraded to a falls view room, that some rooms would only view the US falls... but.... not a huge big deal). The room was gorgeous. The bed was heavenly. Loved it!
