Hotel needs updating. Bad water pressure for showers in the morning, but at night they worked better. Some stucko missing in bathroom. Turn down service was very clean and professional. Never missed a spot. Very clean and modest, but not trendy or modern. Resturant over priced. Stay if you wana save some pennies.

Everyone is very nice, the rooms are way overpriced though, could use and update on items like TVs and furniture. They dont change the batteries in the locks on the doors, did have an issue getting into my room and so did the other person I came with, getting into their room. Nice bar inside.

The night office or assistant office manager was a wonderful lady, who went out of her way to accomodate my father and I. Truly appreciate her help in obtaining a refridgerator for my father's medicine. Will consider staying again at this hotel due to her great kindness, hardwork, and polite attitude.

Nice hotel, but you're paying for Sheraton name not amenities. No fridge or microwave, not enough towels or toiletries in bathroom. Room was clean but carpet stained. Pool closed for maintenance. Staff very nice at front desk at check in and check out though.

First after ordering and then calling to verify a king size room when I got to hotel they said they were sold out of King size rooms. The location was dirty, guests continued to block open exterior doors to let visitors in and no one from hotel staff ever secured them. I shut them at least four times. We enjoyed everything having to do with the hotel. Especiallly the strong, hot shower. The only complaint that I had was at breakfast. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Our server very nicely gave me a half order which I appreciated. However---the gravy tasted like "white sauce" which is what you make before adding any flavor. I told her about it and she […] was very nice and said to tell the person at the desk, which I did. That person also was very nice and thanked me. Our server also did not charge us for my biscuits and gravy, which I told her was not expected but very nice. The front desk staff were very nice...since we were on the road, we booked at the last minute after midnight and arrived at 1 am and the employee checking us in was very patient and accomodating trying to get us into our room as quickly as possible. The carpet in the room was a bit stained, but otherwise the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. […] We didn't have enough soap or towels in the room but at 1 am we weren't up for trying to get more at that time so we just dealt with it. It would also have been nice to have a fridge and the kids would have liked to use the pool the next morning before check out, but it was closed for maintenance. Hotel staff were very friendly, really great bartender. We got in late and were able to order in the bar even though it was close to closing. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very happy with our stay, clean, quiet and convenient to downtown Lexington and outlying areas.

The only problem is they advertise airport transportation, but do not consistently provide this. This last visit they told us they have new owners and they are waiting to get a new van--but apparently they will not/do not have service on Sundays. This is a problem since we need to fly in on Sunday to work on Monday. $30 for taxi so that adds a bite, […] and they do not reimburse (at least on Sundays). The staff was really unimpressive. Except they have a maintenance guy that really went above the call of duty. I was there for 5 nights, and every night after 7:00 p.m. my key would stop working. The maintenance guy was genuinely helpful in trying to help me resolve the issue. The room had stained carpet, but the beds were clean and comfortable. My […] room never really got cool enough, but I wasn't uncomfortable, so I lived with it. I ate at the restaurant one night. The food was fine, but the service was terrible. And the place keeps such "bankers'" hours, I was never able to get in there to try it a second time. (very limited hours of operation) The location is a little strange, as the area is always busy, even late into the night. There were a few nights I was a little nervous. But the location is so perfect in relation to the Ky Horse Park, it's hard to say I wouldn't recommend it to someone coming to show horses there. As a member of starwood preferred guests I've always been well treated on Sheraton properties. After booking a double room three months in advance I was confident I made the right choice in hotels. Unfortunately, I was informed my "3rd party" booking does not support the room any "requests" presented by hotels.com. Therefore 4 of us were provided a […] single bed adjacent to the soda/ice machines, laundary and ground floor exit. The floors of the room were literally WET from humidity, heat and disuse. We were given a room that had no working air conditioning. The outside temperature that day was in excess of 100 degrees. When I went to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person, I waited for fifteen minutes for the one night employee to appear.He explained that there was no night maintenance person and that after unpacking all of our things, […] we would have to move to another room if we wanted air conditioning. There were only two small towels in the bathroom. There was one complementary bottle of water for our four day stay. There were few amenities aside from the pool and exercise room. We had a great experience at the hotel - friendly staff, comfortable room, and the location away from downtown was nice since the traffic wasn't bad. At the same time, all the attractions of downtown Lexington were only a short drive away on I-75, so we weren't cut off from the sites. Highly recommended!
