Check in process was horrible. Waited a long time for someone to check me in. Had to call the hotel phone number twice hoping someone could come to front desk. Could have been around 10 minutes waiting to be checked in... not Marriott-like customer service. However Mike was very polite and helpful once he was back at his station.

Our stay was very comfortable, I love the indoor pool and spa. The employees was very nice and they allow me to check in early. Although i felt that houskeeping did a rush job in the room. Breakfast was good . I will stay her again.

I recently stayed @ Fairfield Inn Tallahassee, I would say overall my room was fairly clean. I did find hair in the bathroom in the tube that didn't belong to me, I didn't like that. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient; however, the entire hotel smelled like chlorine and the bed linens were over bleached. The towels also smelled like bleach and were very rough. The complimentary breakfast offerings were excellent and very tasty.

The hotel was clean and the front desk was friendly. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable. I only wish that they offered more hot food for breakfast. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit.
