This was a great place to stay - conveniently located - easy access to Interstate 10. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff was awesome. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Very clean. Staff friendly. We love this hotel because we have always been more than satisified here. Although we did not use the pool this trip, it was very clean. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

"You Get What You Pay For"

The price was so reasonable that I wasn't disappointed. The bed was adequate - NOT too soft nor was it like a brick. Like I said, for the price, it was satisfactory -especially because breakfast (even had fresh waffles!) was included. Breakfast was definitely a thumbs up considering the price of the hotel.

This place is terrific! Clean room, great breakfast, courteous staff. Then there's the location. It's convenient to downtown Baton Rouge, Mall, Interstate--fabulous! We couldn't have asked for anything more for the money spent.

the room had a terrible odor and I found a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. My sons room was dirty and stunk as well.

A/C unit a little noisy - but that was my only complaint. Everything was clean; the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast and good coffee a great way to start the day. Perfect location for south Baton Rouge and LSU activities. If you need to be close to the airport or downtown, there are probably better location choices, even though interstate access was convenient.

The only complaint I had was the elevator needs serious attention and the breakfast was not great!!! The food was frozen and it may be been because they were short staffed.

"Terrible room for the money!"

On arrival to hotel front desk clerk very unfriendly.The room was not cleaned properly and didn't have towels or other amenities.We stayed for 2 days and on the second night I was picking up an item that fell on the floor and I noticed BLOOD spattered all on the wall under the sink!We finally got towels and a Asst. Manager to the room. She didn't know what to do and asked to leave the blood to show the manager.It was 8:30p.m. at this time,to late to find another hotel,esp. with all the stuff happening in the area.Needless to say we will never take our family to the hotel again.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at and had I known that it was going to be as nice and clean as it was, I would have stayed longer. The hotel was closely surrounded with places to eat, as well as right around the corner from the Mall of Louisiana. The only issue we had with the hotel was the elevator. It seemed to be in need of servicing because it was stopped for maybe an hour and then opened again and we never knew why. It deterred us from wanting to use the elevator for the rest of our stay, although we did anyway. The staff was amazing. Everyone showed respect from the moment we walked in the door. Even house keeping recognized our presence with respect and sincerity.

The hotel stay was great but when we ate the continental breakfast the lady maintaining the breakfast area told us we could not have a chocolate mild because they were rationing them to save some for later. I thought this was kind of juvenile. Who should she be saving them for but the paying clients who wanted them at the time?

This was my first experience with this hotel; it will not be my last. My trip was very "last minute" and I was afraid that, given the fact it was LSU's Homecoming,I would not be able to obtain favorable accomodations. That was not the case and I was very satisfied. The staff is exceptional.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, and had a great experience. The room was clean and smelled nice. We happened to get a room next to the elevator and were worried, but we didn't hear a sound all night long. The staff was very professional and courteous.

My family was well pleased with this hotel. The air conditioned kept a comfortable temperature all night, without me waking up and making adjustments like I would in other hotels. They also had a great continental breakfast. We recommend this hotel and will return again if in that area.

The hotel was very clean and well run. We got to the hotel early and our room was ready so we were able to check in early, which was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast. The only thing was that the wireless connection was somewhat weak and the hard line was not working.

Clean room, updated bathroom. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Cot we requested had a mattress stain, but the beds were clean and comfortable.
