Our stay here was great! We've never received so many "perks" unless staying at an all-inclusive resort. Free breakfast and nightly free food/drinks. The pool/hot tub were fun and clean. The only complaint I have would be the towels ... too thin. Great hotel for the price with wonderful extras!

We are very satisfied with this hotel. We cannot say enough about all of the staff we come in contact with. As soon as we checked it the front desk immediately upgraded our room because ours was not ready yet. We would not have minded waiting a short time but they did not even give us the choice. Our room was very clean and attractive. We wished we had more time to hang around but we were just there for one night. We will always go back to this hotel to stay.

"Service and maintenance"
We reserved 3 nights, arrived late and tired. When we went to the room we noticed a 1/4 inch gap in the door and light shinning through. The bathroom door looked as though someone punched it. We stayed anyway. During the night the bed frame broke. The next morning I went to the manager and reported the problem. He did not apologize , just explained […] this has happened before and could fix it. When I asked to be moved to another room he argued not wanting to. After a few words he relented. It is a bit far from Nashville, but very clean and safe for a family staying the night. A decent hot breakfast and great service. The beds were comfortable and sheets brand new. "perfect for our needs"

"Would not recommend"
They say this hotel just became under new management and they are fixing the place up. But when I got there my room was kinda dirty, the bed spread had a hole burnt in it, and I was not comfortable with it but i stayed.
