Best Western Hiram Inn and Suites - Hiram

The room was a bit noisy and overpriced. Nicer hotels closer to downtown ATL are a better value. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. A nice, new, clean hotel, but .........it could have been cheaper and quieter, with a broader selection at breakfast.

The hotelwas o.k., but the staff was not very friendly or helpful. The beds are very squeeky, and the refigerators make a very disturbing popping sound. The manager's answer to the problem was just unplug it. The shower also made a very high pitch sound when turned on.

I have stayed at this hotel prior to its change from a Holiday Inn Express to a Best Western. While I liked it better when it was a Holiday Inn Express, it has not changed significantly. If you are looking for a clean room to spend the night, this fits the bill.

The hotel and staff were nice and polite. We had a non-smoking room on the first floor. However, although the room itself was free of smoke, the hallway had a very strong cigarette smoke odor -- not good for folks sensitive or allergic to that. When we mentioned it to the hotel clerk, she said that there were some smoking rooms on the same wing as our […] non-smoking room. So I suppose that was why the cigarette smoke odor was so very strong in the hallway. Read more

I had a very nice, clean, & comfortable room. The staff was very nice. I would highly recommend. I thought the price was a little steep for the area, but it was a very pleasant stay.

We were only there overnight but the staff was excellent! We only had one problem the ac unit in the room made a noise through the night but that happens. The room was very clean and would stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located in an area that has many shopping and dining choices. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, good bath towels, good TV. The only downside I would advise is that the hotel still smells of smoke in some areas, even though it has been "renovated". Perhaps permeated into the walls or something, but you can only smell it really at certain times of the day. I did notice the desk clerk REEKED of smoke, and […] perhaps that is part of the problem. Otherwise, a simple no-frills nothing exciting hotel which is adequate for a stay especially if you're not spending much time actually in the hotel. I was especially happy that the room was decorated in muted colors and tones, and the refrigerator and microwave WORK and are fairly new. Read more
