The check in gal was very nice , breakfast was better than standard too. Pool looked nice , but didnt use it because it closed at 10;00. We called to the front desk for a roll a way bed , but it never arrived.

Didnt have a working ice machine near our room on the third floor, so we had to leave the floor to get some several times. Also, there were requested items that were not available. Except for the lack of a whirlpool in the pool area it was great. The breakfast was more expansive than a continental one by far and the hotel itself was very nice. Convenient to local highways and a nice strip mall nearby. Would stay here again.

When we went into our room, there was a damp/musty smell. It got better once we put on the air conditioning and fan in the bathroom. Later, we noticed the carpeting was damp/wet. Our stay was great. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was 1 of the better Continental breakfasts we've had. The pool area was nice. The staff was nice with the exception of the woman working Fri. late afternoon/evening. 1 of our kids plugged the toilet & we had to go to the front desk for a plunger. Stayed here 2 nights recently for kids' state swim meet. Convenience (3 minute walk if light is in your favor) to Schroeder YMCA Pool can't be beat. Relaxing lobby. Good soundproofing between rooms. Fun pool area. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast fine. Would hate to have to sleep on pull out couch bed in our room myself... but no complaints […] from kids! :) One request to Hotel manager: get rid of the silk plants and flower arrangements in rooms! We checked in on a Saturday night and found a loud party going on in the lobby. We were given the choice of a room just off the lobby or a smoking room upstairs. We were told the party would be ended at 8:00 so we chose the room by the lobby. We had to call at 9:45 pm because the party was still going on. Then we learned the hotel put a pending charge […] on our credit card for incidental expenses (we had none) that they would not release for five business days. I took my family for a day away where they would be a pool for the children and a place to relax with my wife while we were watching the kids. The hotel was great except for the obnoxious Bears fans. That's alright, that Sunday, the Bears were crushed by the mighty Packers. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was a nice easy ride from the Cedarburg festival and gave us an inviting place to stay straight down Washington to the Motel. It was clean and priced right and had a good breakfast. I recommend dinner at Taylor and Dunns Public House up the same road.

We stayed for one night at this hotel because of its convienent location but we were very pleased with its overall quality. Very clean and modern room, the beds were comfortable pillow top mattresses, and a better than average breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Everything was going well until I walked into the room, the odor was overbearing. It was a funky, musty, moldy smell. I asked to change rooms but said there was nothing available, only there for one night... also noticed when getting bed the next morning, the floor was wet... hence the funky smell.

Very polite service in a well-maintained and exceptionally clean hotel. The staff even neatly placed the blanket on the bed in the manner in which I had been using it instead of folding it back across the bottom. I would love to see the addition of DVD players to this chain's rooms/
