Motel is overall good. Plumbing problems pulls the rating down. Sink would not hold water. Control for shower was "loose" and would not shut off. Surprised that the maid had not reported it to maintenance.

Easy check-in and out, good typical breakfast, clean and everything filled and fresh. Room and bathroom clean and well-lit. Good place for an overnight stay or more if you can find anything to do around Bedford. We were there for a family event and it worked out great.

I booked a king suite for 2 adults and 3 kids. I thought the room had accommodations for 5 people but the room only had a king size bed so the persons with the shortest straws had to sleep on the floor. I'm not sure how "reservations" let us book a room for 5 with accommodations for 2 but it did. Some of us slept better than others.

We found it easy yo have easy access. Therewas a movie theater in easy walking distance and everyone there was friendly and nice. We found the continental breakfast to be very well stocked and with plenty of selections.

Truly a pleasant hotel experience! Clean, comfortable rooms - hotel is new and in great condition with no unpleasant smells. Free breakfast was good quality and abundant. Pool and spa are very nice. Stay was quiet and problem-free. I give this hotel an A+!

Had a great stay. The rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Breakfast was tasty and there was a nice variety of foods. I thought it was a little bit pricey for the middle of the week in Bedford, IN, but it was a very nice hotel.

Everything was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I would not change anything. The only place I saw room for improvement was the breakfast food. As far as hotel food goes it was actually above average so at this point I am just being picky. I would definitely stay there again.

Recently I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bedford Indiana. They accommodated me when I had a bad experience with the Hampton Inn in Bloomington. The Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable and worth the 30 minute drive. Thank you for helping me out in a pinch!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, check in and out was quick and efficient. The breakfast was great. The only downfall of our stay was that the hot tub was out of order and the pool water was rather cool.

I didn't realize that the balcony was inside the pool area and I would be subjected to the loud echoing noise of the kids using the pool all evening. We arrived with our two grandchildren, ages 10 and 6 after dinner at the Golden Coral. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely gracious to the children. The pool area was a wonderful surprise: a clean and large heated swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as conversation areas and a ping pong table. Only 30 minutes down the road from IU, this hotel was a great stay for my daughter and I on a college visit. The campus visit was on Friday and we decided to stay the night and go to the football game. The hotels in Bloomington were near capacity and the prices were quite high for those that had availability. This is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and appeared to be concerned that our stay was good. The breakfast was the usual fair, but not bad. Has a very nice pool and sauna area. It was a little difficult to get to at night, but we managed. Stayed over IU graduation weekend and it worked out great. The short 20 min drive allowed us to avoid the construction and traffic around campus and was half the rate versus the hotels around campus. Very friendly, clean and comfortable.

The toilet in our room was stopped up & we had to go to the front desk & get a plunger because there was only 1 person working & she couldn't leave the front desk. We did not spend a lot of time in the room since we were in the Bloomington area to visit our son at IU. The room was a nice size and very clean. We actually got a room at this hotel since all of the hotels in Bloomington were booked except for some really cheap ones that had poor reviews. We were very pleased that we made this choice.

The breakfast was great. The cost of the room was a little high. We could hear noise and voices coming from the hallway and other rooms. There was only one elevator and it was a little slow. Overall, we had a good stay and will go back if we're in that area again.

The hotel is right next to the highway, but the entrance is off a side street. It is not with the heavily populated stores and restaurants, but is only a mile or so away. It makes for a little drive to get food, but that keeps the hotel property quiet, not crowded. There's a lot of grassy area for kids and pets.
