The exercises room was small but adequate. We had to wait in the morning for staff to open it at 5:35 am. The hot tub did not work and staff was not helpful when it was brought to their attention. We asked to be contacted by the manager and no one ever contacted us. Food was average but the beds were very comfortable.

The door had a huge gap and you could hear everything. The pool was murky and the hot tub was cold. The room was hot and I was not able to turn down the heat. The breakfast was sub-par. Not what I expected at all.

During my stay, we were located on a floor with a church group that consisted of school age children and teens. They agreed and signed a quiet waiver however they did not adhere to their agreement. They were extremely loud in the morning with no regard for other guests who may still be sleeping. Front desk did nothing to alleviate this problem

The room was clean, and comfortable the staff was friendly and efficient. It was a good value for the price. The area was close to malls and it wasn't in a scary neighborhood. The hot breakfast was ok the eggs were not so good. If you want to spend a lot of time at the pool then I would call ahead and see if they updated it. The pool was a little run […] down needs new paint it had cloudy water, and the chlorine content was so high that your eyes and throat burned just from being in the pool area. Most everything about this stay was satisfactory. The staff were cordial, but they did not know anything about surrounding Asian restaurants that were not dumb buffets (There were 3 Indian restaurants and a couple of Japanese restaurants nearby). The hotel was in great shape inside and outside. The room was very clean and tidy, with various soft/hard pillows for the bed. The hotel was quiet at all times, and has a nice pool facility. Location is great, by walmart, 24/7 sonic, and other areas to eat. Close to the highway, easily accessible.

This hotel was undergoing a major renovation during our visit in November of 2011. The entire lobby, floor to ceiling was covered in plastic. If you have any sensitivity to chemicals, or paint, as I did, then you will suffer the ill effects from inhaling the toxic fumes. This will be a wonderful hotel after they finish the renovation. I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. The workout room is small but I was the only one there and the equipment was in excellent working order. The breakfast (included) was acceptable, as these things go. I'd stay there again.
