Super 8 - Fenton/St. Louis Area

They need to do better with the supply ot towels There wasnt any face towels and not enough bath towels when I arrived. I cared less to hear about people stealing them or the dryer was broke, you are a business that suppose to have these items for your customers other than that it was a ok stay.

adequate, but just barely. Was primarily there to go to Six Flags. Had clean good beds Pool was dirty . Maid did not make up the beds one day. It was cheap and I feel we got about what we paid for.

Check in was at 3:00pm room was not readt till 4:30. No hot water to take a shower, room had a roach in it. Was told there would be a microwave no microwave had to keep asking for it, finally got it. No towels in the room had to ask for towels. Just a horrible hotel will never stay there again.

When I booked this hotel I figured for the price and the location as well as the name I would be in a clean, maintained motel. OOOPS, my mistake. The room was run down and looked like it hadn't been cared for. The door that adjoined the next room was bent inwards to my room. Luckily the lock worked. I had two face towels, that was the extent of my linens […] for washing up. Was told there was a refrigerator, NOPE. The bed was about as soggy as you can get without drooping totally to the floor. When I left I literally felt crawly. No one was at the desk when I left to let them know about the problems or condition, but then, I wasn't really surprised. I have stayed in motels for half the money I paid at this one that was twice as nice and definately cleaner and better maintained. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was in good condition. Room had nice TV, microwave and refrigerator. Room was clean and a/c worked great. Pool was clean and had nice lounges to sit around and enjoy. Hotel was located right around the freeway and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Super 8 Was not clean inside or out. The guy who greeted me when I got there was friendly, the girl when I left was less friendly and openly yawned in my face. They have a lot of people that live/stay there for months. My room was on the second level, it had a drop ceiling which was broken and looked like it was going to fall down in some areas. […] There was fingernail clippings on the one side of the bed my entire stay.. Wanted to see how long it would take for someone to vacuum.. Well that never happened. The bottom of the fridge was dirty, there were cig burns in the bedspread, and blanket. Room cleaning was very slow, it took until 6pm one day and I had to chase her down for fresh towels. The pool was absolutely gross, it was filled with bugs and the water was very slimy. Checked into a room that had dirty sheets and unprepared from the last guest. Had to wear shoes in the room because carpet was wet everywhere for some reason or another. Came in later after a long evening at work to find there was no soap of any kind along with no towels or wash clothes. My coworkers and I will not stay there again.

I would never stay here again. I travel to St louis quite often. This is what I would consider a motel where its mostly where people live for extended stays. It's loud and gives a very shady feeling. Did not feel safe.

This was one of the cheapest hotels available and I still was overcharged. Not a good neighborhood. I had smoke smell coming in from the vents in my non-smoking room. The bed was hard and bent up at the head and down by the foot. Holes and cracks in the ceiling. The breakfast was fine but I would not recommend this hotel.

Our rooms did not have any clean towels. there was dead roaches in the restroom and room. Found one live roach on one of the beds. Other than that the service at the breakfast was great. Great friendly personnel.

the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Outside the door smelled bad. There was no iron/board. The neighborhood was very run down. The maid service was minimal. They took the towels but did not replace them. the bed was made shabbily.

There were holes purposely drilled in the shower wall like someone would be able to peek in. I rolled up toilet paper and stuck it in there to block it just in case. Located on an inconvienent one way street. Sunflower seeds were on our floor when we first went in our room. Only one ice machine 2 buildings away. No ice buckets. We booked 4 months in advance for 3 adjacent rooms. When we got there we were given rooms in multiple buildings with different floors. This would not work for our Girl Scout troop. We were […] finally given 2 rooms next to each other and one somewhere else in the same building. When we came back for our 2nd night of our stay, the sunflower seeds were still on the floor. We also were not given any towels or soap for our room. At 10 PM we were told our little girls would have to wait until 2AM for towels. The worst part was when our door was opened by a key card at 2AM. We were awakened to people trying to walk in our room. We requested a non smoking room and it stunk! You cant take a previously smoked in room, and turn it into a non smoking room unless you redo everything in there! The front desk boy had no knowledge of anything there. I am actually thinking we should have been paid to stay there instead of us paying. Bad experience!!

we tried to get wifi in the room it wouldn't work we told the lady at the front desk and she said well it should work when we tried again and told her again that it would not work she just ignored us. we were asleep and thank goodness that we had the security bar on the door because they rented the same room to someone else and they used their card […] to open our door, then if that wasnt enough we laid back down, young kids sleeping, and the phone rings and its the front desk apologizing--i'm trying to talk low so the kids don't wake up. we went to breakfast the next am and had to ask for bowls anf for waffle mix then the milk was sour--curdled. it was NOT a good experience at ALL. we stayed here before a coupl,e of years ago and it was a lot better than it is now it is just run down and lack of interest from the owners and most employees.
