The staff was friendly, hotel well maintained and price very, very reasonable for the extremely convenient location. Don't expect upscale accomodations or chocolates on your pillow, but everything worked, my room was fine, very large, with bar fridge. As typical for DAllas, meetings tend to be all over the place (downtown, Preston, Plano, Ft Worth) […] and this is arguably the most convenient location for such a trip. Definitely stay there again. There was no top blanket on bed as in the photos for the hotel. The knobs to the desk and dresser were missing. Was going to make hot tea the next morning. Opened up the coffee maker and coffee pouches were still in it from who knows when. hotel is just ok ....i had dirty pillow covers and towels in my room , there was no fridge in the room , the breakfast was just egg and bread and juice if u want anything else u have to buy it on spot. i will not recommend ppl who expect comfort and class to stay here

The hotel was very quiet and my room was clean but very shabby. The rrom must have previously been a smoking room. There were cigarette burns all over the carpet and also some on the bedspread and chair upholstery. Knobs were missing on drawers and upholstery was frayed.

I was very unhappy with my accomodations. They required a $50 deposit and you had to sign to agree to pay for any towels if they felt like there was something that wouldn't come out before getting your key. I had to request to change rooms due to the first room was clean. The room I stayed in was actually a down grade as they did have anymore of the […] rooms like my room available at the time with microwave and refrigerator, but it was better than the first room. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal served in koolaid pitcher, toast, scrambled/boiled eggs, coffee, milk,oh, fruit punch. If you wanted pancake, waffle, bacon, sausage, ham, or honeybun you were charged .92 for each item. Omelets were $1.79. It was like pulling teeth to get a cab service to pick you up from this location. I have never Stayed in a hotel like this before and I will be more selective in the future. The pictures on the website must be very old and are deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read more

Nice enough hotel for the price. Comfortable and clean room. But don't pay too much attention to the "full breakfast" part of the ad. It didn't even measure up to a continental breakfast, don't waste your time just eat out!

Only complaint is when we arrived the door to the fridge was open, so the fridge was not cold, & we had food to put in it. The tv wouldn't come on either. Eventually we discovered the power strip to the tv, microwave, & fridge was turned off.

It is a very old hotel not as it's pictues shown. Very smelly, and old interal. Basically, it needs to rebuild the whole hotel. The mattress is old too. The sheets are smelly and all the furniture are old. The wall paint is dirty. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Inside of room is okay. Beds not that great. Old spring type mattress you find in cheap motels. Outside halls, entry and outside is in bad repair. Free breakfast was so bad I didn't even bother going back. Stayed there 5 days.

Disappointed that they were so concerned about something being soiled or taken from the room that they had a form you had to sign which listed the charges for things taken and cleaning costs for any soilage that was done. Would not stay there again.

It could have been better. The bar lounge was under construction so we had to drink elsewhere and the breakfast was a typical continental unless you paid for hot breakfast items fresh from microwave. However the lobby was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Don't have any complaints. Check in was quick, though I did have to give a $50 deposit for smoking and damages. Elevator has no inspection certificate, hallways are beat up and smell like smoke and cleaning chemicals. Everything in the room looked and smelled clean. I think there was a rather large group of hookers operating out of this hotel. I checked in around 10, and heard a female yelling at a male to get out of her room. I also saw multiple males and females coming into and out of that wing as the night went on. The females were all dressed like party girls. I expect more from Ramada.

the first room we was put in the room was nasty and the bathrooms tub was broke then we was moved to another one and it was not any better when i was getting in the shower and pulled the shower curtain it had a old wash cloth and it had already molded the curtain.

Not a lot of guests staying at the hotel so that was kind of scary. I had to wash clothes which was on the fourth floor and it was empty I felt like I wa s in the shining. the pillows were little squares that's went flat when you laid on them.

Dirty Hotel .. very unclean. I don’t think this hotel even qualify one star rating… but it is rated for 3 stars. They don’t offer any free breakfast, during the reservation they said they offer one ( I don’t think people will eat food such a unclean place)

It was very disappointing. The room was cold all night. The heater did not work at all. The hallways had a stale smoke smell to them even though the hotel claimed to be smoke free. Overall I would not ever spend another night at this hotel.

Stayed overnight for a concert and I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone. It was ok for one night. Would have hated to stay there longer. They require a deposit of $50 that they put a hold on and they didn't release the hold for a week and a half after our stay. This hotel is probably looking to skim what profit they can and close. The carpet in the room was stained and probably not cleaned for years. The furniture was worn and likewise stained. The hotel posted signs about the amount to be charged to my credit card deposit if they found any make up or blood on any items and they held the deposit for 3 days. […] They did not provide make up removing cloths.
