Clean, modern feeling hotel. Amenities were pricey and immediate surrounding area in Florence expensive but room rate reasonable. Location was perfect for us right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and short walk to Uffizi.

Enjoyed our stay however the room was small and the bathroom was even smaller and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and updated, just as the pictures indicate. The staff was friendly and helpful for recommendations, calling taxis, etc. Convenient location for walking to all attractions in Florence. I would certainly stay there again!

There were issues with the hotel heating resulting in the temperature of the room always being over 80 degrees making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Spoke to to the front desk 3 times and nothing was done to fix it. Bed was also very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend hotel.

I was surprised the concierge or front desk staff was not aware of the once-a-year cultural weekend celebration going on in Florence on Sept 29 & 30th. All museums and galleries were open to the public for free. When I asked them to reserve tickets for the museums they did but charged me a reservation fee as well as the museum enterance fee. When I […] pointed out that the enterance fees to all museums were free, the hotel adjusted my bill when we checked out. It suprised me that with an event which brought a large number of people into Florence the Hotel staff didn't seem to be aware of what was going on. My feeling was that they were taking advantage of foreigners The cost of the hotel was fair enough but they charged alot for breakfast. Nice hotel in Florence. Directly next to the Ponte Vecchio, but not at all noisy. The roof deck bar is quite and a great place to decompress from a busy day of sightseeing with a glass of prosecco. We were not pleased with our stay at all. The room is very small and the service in the hotel was virtually non-existent. The most aggravating part was that the front desk controlled the AC (with an iron hand) and we had to call down for them to lower it every time we were too warm (which was often).

Perfect sanctuary in the midst of chaotic Florence. Quiet street and so close to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. I stayed at the hotel with my parents, and brother and his girlfriend. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely outdoor cocktail lounge each day after a long day at the museums. Terrific, exotic drinks and a generous, fresh selection, (both hot […] and cold), of antipasti at around 7 each night. The breakfast is served daily in a beautiful setting of a contemporary library. The entire hotel has a clean, modern rich decor. The staff is so warm and friendly. The rooms are pristine and so comfortable. Excellent beds, linens and well-appointed baths. For those who love their A/C, this is the place for you. Complete darkness shutters/drapery for you who would like to sleep in. The rooms are quiet! Very important to me. The whole hotel is designed in a way so that the hallways and doors keep sounds at bay. I wish every hotel had that going for them. Make sure to visit the Continentale across from the Gallery Art. They are sister properties. Go to the rooftop there for a cocktail at night and enjoy incredible views of the Palazzo Vecchio, the duomo, and the Arno vistas. Fantastico! While the hotel is hard to find if you are driving (due to the number of streets that are for pedestrians only so your GPS is not always very helpful) ... it is well worth the effort it takes to track it down. Of course if you are using a taxi there is no problem. A very convenient location to all the main attractions ... walking distance to museums, […] churches, shopping and lots of good restuarants. The staff is exceedingly polite and well trained, rooms are attended to twice a day ... beds are very firm but comfortable ... wifi a little weak as you move to upper levels, almost non existent on the 7th floor. Great breakfast buffet, something for everyone, a little small so I suggest getting down early to assure immediate seating. Each room is equipped with a safe for your passports and valuables ... mini bar and TV (both CNN and EuroNews are in English) ... nice outside bar ... great sushi ... a very well maintained facility ...again the staff are extremely helpful ... everything from personally showing you around your room to maps / directions, currency exchange ... they'll even print your Boarding Pass for you! Staff was friendly, although struggled with detailed knowledge of surrounding areas, such as bus and train lines, latest restaurants, etc. Room was tight and bed was average comfort. Decor was trendy, but nothing that would make your trip. Neighborhood was quiet and near a bus stop. Would stay again, but would also entertain other properties.

Great location. Room was on the small side. Of the 4 places we stayed on this trip, it was the only one with enough outlets to charge all of our electronics at once.Number of minibar and room charge billing errors. But they made another error in our favor, so the bill netted out about right.

Modern and comfortable accommodations overall but very poor customer service. Staff was completely unhelpful despite us having a baby, with luggage, dining and visiting recommendations, and auto valet. Rooms were otherwise clean and location was great so depends on what you're expecting from your staff.

This hotel was very nice, clean and centrally located. For a European hotel, the rooms were quite large and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel and we really didn't interact much with the staff but we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel door step is probably 50 ft from the Ponte Vecchio and is centrally located to everything. There is no better location. Restaurant at the hotel serves great food and amazing mixed drinks. Only drawback is the beds, and they were extremely hard, as are most beds in Italy.
