We stayed at Casa NATALIA for three nights and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect because it is right off the main plaza in San Jose. The level of service is a 10 and they even packed a cooler for us so we could go to the beach. The hotel was really cute and the staff was friendly. The rooms are basic but there is a great balcany for each room. Eat at the restaurant! It is very good, especially the risotto. Arturo was a great bartender and answered all of our drink and food questions.

Casa Natalia is just beautiful, from the waterfalls, hammocks, pool, plants, colors, design, and artful details. It all comes together. It was a quiet place to rest and enjoy the sites and climate. We will definitely come back again. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants more than just a room and enjoys beautiful surroundings.

We stayed here for a mini honeumoon for two days after a long wedding week in Cabo. I read heat reviews before so I expected Casa Natalia to live up to them, which they did in every aspect! Such a beautiful hotel right in the cultural part of San Jose and within walking distance to the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby. We got breakfast delivered […] to our private balcony every morning and it was always right on time, hot and delish! They also have a nice open air restaurant and happy hour all day. The pool was cute and unique, but small and cold, didn't stop us from jumping in and catching some sun. I think they have a shuttle to another hotel pool the affiliate with...we didn't even bother. We will stay here again! They only reason I gave 4 outta 5 on Maintenence is because they were having wifi trouble and I couldn't get anywhere except in the lobby. Wifis definitely a perk when traveling in Mexico, but still it worked out fine. Cannot wait to return. Read more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel Sept 14-18 and highly recommend it! The location is perfect for walking in the town of San Jose del Cabo to all the nearby shops and restaurants. We were there during the Mexican Independence Fiesta which was held in the town square across from the hotel. The hotel staff is very courteous and goes out of their way […] to make you feel at home. We stayed in the Cuarto de la Luna which was very nice and neatly decorated. The grounds were immaculate with the beautiful flowers around the pool. The hotel has an old world charm about it and we would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately our schedules were such that we were never able to eat at the Casa Natalia restaurant. The only drawback was that we had a rental car and parking spaces were few right in front of it, but there were plenty of spaces down by the square. Read more

Breakfast is included in the price of the room and was either delivered to your room or served in the outdoor restaurant area--don't miss the fresh fruit plate and yoghurt. We did have a noise problem with a festival nearby but management moved us quickly to a quieter room. The best service I have ever had in a hotel. The desk clerk/assistant manager (Cesar) when out of his way to find information for us regarding transportation. He even called our airport shuttle for us and changed our pickup time - this was Mexico, and I do not speak Spanish all that well - his help was greatly appreciated. Hotel Casa Natalia was wonderful. Restaurant on site was gourmet quality so we ate there twice including News Year eve. Breakfast was served on our patio selected by us from a great creative menu. THe pool was small but more than adequate and since there are only 18 rooms the staff quickly got to know us by name. The neighborhood is an art district […] with some very high quality galleries and some excellent restaurants, all in walking distance of a few blocks. We also spent a day at the Hilton, a large resort on the beach which had several large pools, pool bars and restaurants. Casa Natalie has a deal with the Hilton and we went there for a change of pace at no charge. The Hotel als made whale watching and kayaking\snorkeling trip reservations. Weather was perfect. recommend renting a car to get around as cabs are pricey and the car for the week was $225. Read more

It is a lovely setting, but the portions are small for the price and the food was average. We were only there for 2 days of R & R after 2 weeks with friends at other resorts in Cabo, so we did relax. Casa Natalia is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown San Jose del Cabo. Tons of shops and restaurants near by. It is quiet and well decorated in an elegant, understated style. The rooms are spacious and always clean, including private balconies with breakfast delivered every morning at your convenience. Caesar, the concierge, speaks perfect English, […] is very knowledgeable about the area and always ready to help. Although there is a lovely pool at Natalia, the only issue with the hotel is that it's not near the ocean. You can get to a beach in about a 20 minute walk and the hotel also has an arrangement to let guests use a gorgeous beachfront resort a bit south on the corridor from 10-4 each day (round trip car service is $35, but you can try to share that with other guests or opt for the $2.50 bus ride). The resort costs about 5 times as much per night and is much less personal, so the savings are definitely worth it. That resort also has a gym for those who are interested - we showed up first thing, worked out, and then lounged by the infinity pools all day before heading back downtown for dinner. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back if I have the chance. Read more

This hotel is chic, hip, and colorful. I couldn't believe the wonderful combination of urban feeling courtyard, palm trees, a flowing stream, and a pool. Our room had its own patio with hammock, and cleverly designed up-to-the-minute decor.

Casa Natalia is located in the quieter of the two Cabos, San Jose. It is a lovely, quiet and comfortable place with a fabulous restaurant, or so I've heard, that was unfortunately closed the night we stayed. The owners are European, and the place reflects a multicultural ambiance, although it has mostly Mexican influence. We had the standard room, but […] it was huge, and the bathroom was luxurious. They had flower petals on the bed. There is a DVD player in the room and they have a library of DVDs, which we didn't use because we went out and ate at a restaurant that was recommended by the receptionist - Salsita's, and it was fantastic! Try the beef in its own juice, or shrimp tacos with jicama tortillas. We then walked around the cute town of San Jose, which was all decorated for Christmas/Dia de los reyes magos. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Casa Natalia, I hope to stay there again and try their restaurant, Mi Cocina. Read more
