I stay here every time I go to Arlington. Location and neighborhood are great, Sleepnumber beds and fridge and microwave in rooms make being away from home much more comfortable. Staff always friendly and smiling.

The walls let all of all sounds in your room at all hours, the bed was rock hard and the fire alarm went off at 2:00am.

The hotel is adequate for shelter. Beyond that, it's nothing special. The hotel was in the middle of remodeling and the smell of paint and adhesives was pretty strong. The last day of my stay, the housekeepers forgot about me and didn't clean. Disappointing. Not a great experience. But, I've seen worse.

The room was a non-smoking king. The mattress was new and very comfortable. They were in the process of remodeling and the room smelled a little like paint. The only complaint I might mention is that the lobby smelled a little like it had been smoked in recently.

I was on the first floor by the entrance and had to listen to a hallway door being slammed shut every couple of minutes. It was really loud and annoying and then there were people above the room walking around all night, very loudly I might add, and could not sleep at all. Hotel was easy to find, parking was plentiful Check in was quick and punctual, however we reserved a single king room and placed in a double full room. No big deal. No elevator. No big deal. Room was clean and mostly free of odors. Room was above average size, but felt cramped because of the amount of furniture in the room. The microwave and refrig […] and in room coffee is nice. Large entertainment center/dresser reduced the walking area. Desk chair would not raise or lower. No big deal. Wifi worked well after we got the code from the desk. Shower was good and massage-head was a nice bonus. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Hallway noise was more noticeable than some of the other properties we've been in. Breakfast was the normal fare. We had paid extra for a room with the sleep number beds. I think the controllers had taken too many drops on the floor. One of the controllers was only moderately responsive and the display showing the setting didn't work on either controller. The price was right, but overall I can't get excited about this one. The pictures online did not match the hotel room. I was expecting a nicer place but this was a disappointment. I would have gone somewhere else if our reservations were not already paid for and past the cancellation date. The one good thing I will say is the location was very convenient to the mall and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and the wireless internet worked fine. Those are my two main needs. I was afraid it might be loud since there was a Cowboys game on one of the evenings I stayed but it was nice and quiet the entire stay. I did not have any problems during my stay. I would recommend for affordable business travel.

The hotel was nothing like described on Hotels.com. There was no elevator, the tv was housed in a cabinet that was so low you could not sit in bed and watch it, they only had about 5 tv channels, housekeeping only left one set of towels (for two people) and the front staff was not very friendly.

upon arrival there was water in lobby being soaked up with towels. Smoke alarm in room hanging from ceiling. Sink had to be open by maintenance man,who took stoppers out so we were not able to hold any water in sink. Continetal breakfast was ok ,donut were a little hard. Pool was nice, kids really enjoyed their self.

1. There was not enough parking spaces; how did this get past the City parking ordinances? 2. As we checked in, my wife struggled at the front door with her hands full. Two hotel "bellmen?" stood and just watched. I followed her by 20' or so and had the same problem. I actualy dropped some of my luggage in my effort to open the door. Our TV did not work. They brought a new remote. It still did not work. After multiple tries and interuptions, they finaly brought one that worked. 4. The concept of paying money for a "safe harbor" of a motel should not be that complicated. You "staff" must have missed the training regarding how to treat people. We never fely like guests, things occurred in the interest of the "staff", not us. And the parking is ridiculous......like I said; you are lucky my camera system was not damaged. Read more

We were told that a Days Inn right near the Cowboy Stadium was awful but when we arrived at OUR Days Inn we were Very pleased. It met our expectations and we had a very comfortable stay. We wish we could have used the pool but we were just too busy. I would tell my friends and family to say at this Days Inn.

This is an older hotel that is inexpensive compared to other 2-star hotels in the same area. So, it's less money but you need to lower your expectations. The pillows are very stiff foam and are were just flat unfomfortable. The TV is mounted too low to see the entire screen when layng in bed. The smoke detector was hanging from wires (not mounted) from […] the ceiling above the bed. Parking is very limited, so arrive early or you may not find a parking spot. The free continental breakfast was good. I stay here when I travel to the area to work on my race car (no wife or kids). So, I just need a place to shower and sleep. This would not be a place I bring the family. I can deal with the issues but I would not subject the family to this place. I stay here because it is the right location and it's flat CHEAP. Read more

We try to stay there every time we are in Arlington because it is conveniently located and we know the staff is courteous and friendly. We only select another location when they have no vacancies. The area around this hotel was somewhat ghetto. More importantly, the room was was booked as a smoking room had indeed been smoked in: It smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived. I was very disappointed - this should have been a safe, comfortable place to put my children for a family reunion weekend and it was not.

Passing the mall driving to the hotel I got a little worried after seeing some of the other surrounding businesses and motels---but the staff who checked us in were very nice and informative, they even printed out directions to the big game many of the other guests were attending. And the room was very comfortable, AC worked, linens were clean, TV/microwave/minifridge […] worked nicely. The pool area looked a little run down but it was in working order, a nice refresher for the 105 degree heat. All in all I was pleasantly surprised with the overall stay for the price I got.
