"Nice place with cozy beds"
Nice hotel, but the lobby and restaurant were under construction. The beds were awesome. Because they served breakfast only in a conference room, there were no seats available. It looked like a basic breakfast that should have been offered for free, instead of for $9 each. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
Having just returned for a two-week tour of the West, we can say that this hotel by far surpassed any other accommodations we experienced during our vacation. The price was VERY reasonable. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. We really appreciated the comfortable sofa that allowed us both to sit back and relax (no other facilities on our […] trip had this). There were plenty of electrical outlets, conveniently placed. The towels were soft and not like sandpaper. The bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly--ALL of them we encountered. We would most definitely stay here again!! THANKS! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
On the first day of my stay, the smoke alarm went off twice. I spoke to the receptionist in the morning and was rude. She did advise that it must be the battery and will have that fixed ASAP. When I returned back that evening, the smoke alarm went off again!! I didn't have much sleep those 2 nights :(. Never again will I stay at this hotel. The evening […] receptionist and waiter at the restaurant were very nice.....(but that's about it) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overall great hotel!"
Stayed there while in town for a wedding. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to several stores and restaurants. The main floor is currently being renovated but that was not an inconvenince. I really enjoyed this hotel!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Remodeling, VERY INCONVENIENT TO GET UO ELEVATOR"
MAJOR REMODELING OF THE LOBBY, AWAKENED BY A FIRE ALARM AT 8AM ON SECOND MORNING OF OUR STAY, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WAY TO WAKE UP. CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD THAT THE REMODELING WORKERS HAD SET IT OFF AND THEY WERE TRYING TO GET IT UNDER CONTROL.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our coffee pot broke, the TV didn't come right, it took forever and I had to ask the front desk for a shower cap?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I usually stay at Courtyard Marriotts when I stay in Salt Lake City, but this was by far the worst experience I have had. When we checked in the room, first of all the water to the toilet had been shut off, thus the toilet didn't work, next the TV wasn't working. Both were immediately fixed by the service technician, but the biggest problem we encountered […] was that for the amount of money being spent on the room, we still had to pay almost $9.00 for breakfast. Due to this experience, I will not be staying in a Marriott hotel in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Impressed with all aspects except for the lobby which is under renovation and will make the package even nicer when finished. Good stay.Genuine Expedia guest review

The hotel had a great atmosphere. The rooms were newly modernized. I loved the plugs/usb charging on each side of the beds. The first hotel that I have stayed in with such accommodations. The only low points was the 20 minute wait to check in because the desk clerk was away trying to find other staff members to take care of duties and a really poor shower head.
"Great location for eats"

I stay here when visiting my son in Ogden. It is only 15 minutes away. There are tons of choices for places to eat around. There was a remodel goi g on but it did not affect my visit. The room was clean and comfortable and the lobby inviting. Overall a great place.

I booked a room online for $84 per night with the senior discount. When I checked out I was charged $118 per night. I asked why I didn't get the room for what I reserved it for online and was told it didn't apply. The sink was VERY slow draining and leaked. The room smelled of too much air freshener. Overall, a disappointment.
"One night was one too many"

I'm marriott loyal and not too picky. I would not stay here again. Even with updating this just isn't worthy of the brand. It is run by a third party management group and lacks the marriott quality or any sense of local ownership. Upon entering the lobby there is an overwhelming stench of cleaning chemicals and inappropriately loud lobby music. Then up to the room. Open the door and a new toxic odor of industrial carpet cleaner mixed with musty. Being a tired property is no excuse for the dingy feel or the overuse of cheap cleaning formulas. Seriously, it smells like a fabuloso factory in there. Light bulb missing here and there. Employees jabbering to each other behind the desk while customers wait.
"Comfortable, clean and decent stay."

We stayed just one night here. Price was more than reasonable. Interior and amenities were higher than average standard although probably not to be rated as very good, but at a price of 80$ per night it was a good deal so I rate it very good. We were quite pleased with the stay here and would select this hotel again if we need to stay in that area again.

Hotel is not up to Courtyard standards. Currently undergoing full upgrade. The rooms are beyond outdated. Lobby are has been completed, standard Bistro configuration. Also a nice, updated fitness center. Scheduled to complete rooms later this fall.
"Convention in Ogden"

Very nice check in fast efficient. We had our 1.5 month old granddaughter with us who has Acid Reflux so she can cry a lot. I mentioned that to them and they where very empathetic, and considerate of not only us but the other guest as well. We where given a room more secluded. Which we asked for. Very clean, organized hotel.

This is a very worn out place to stay. Our first room was dirty and they moved us. The bed was very comfortable, for the price we could have gone to the La Quinta Inn down the road and had breakfast, we had to pay 7 dollars for a small breakfast.
"Good Bed in an Average Hotel"
07/27/14 rmberg3 Nampa, Idaho
The Bed was comfortable, and lets be honest that's the important thing. The rooms are tired last remade for the Olympics years ago. Missing grout in Bathroom was unpleasant and unsafe for the feet and healthy. Staff was good and friendly. Single cup coffee maker was aweful. No coffee in the lobby......want you to buy that 3.75 cup of joe from Starbucks...thanks, but I will not be herded like that. Got a good cup at Maverick down the street. Most likely better choices in town.
"Clean and spacious"

The room was excellent. It was clean, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it was very easy to check in. The bathrooms were clean and stocked toiletries. It was a good location with plenty of places to eat. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting someone at the Air Force base.
