The front desk staff was very helpful and made check-in a pleasure. They offered bus service into the city on Friday which I took advantage of since... that was part of my planned visit. Room was clean and had plenty of space. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants. They offered shuttles but nothing close. The hotel was great in service and cleaniless. The only thing that bothered me alot was the lack of water coming from the faucet. The water level was low. The shower was fine but the sink was painstaking.

I had to do many trips recently and I could take the shuttle to drop off my big lugguage, come back to the airport and fly off for a couple of days, then come back and stay for a day before I fly off with my big lugguage. The bed was too hard. The sofa was very uncomfortable as well. It was an average hotel and a bit over-priced for the quality. Plus, it is by absolutely nothing. So you have to drive places to do anything. It was fairly clean but I noticed on my 3rd day there the housekeeping staff did not remove the dirty glass I had stuffed a potato chip bag into as […] if to say, "Please take this away." Stayed at this hotel because it was close to downtown, parking was free and overall price was cheap. Hotel was, nice, clean and staff was helpfull.

The staff is great. The location of the hotel is near the main highways if you are renting a car. Not far from airport. The room was clean and comfortable but great for a stay of a day or two.

We booked this hotel last minute with our 2 young children for a quick overnight visit to SF, nice location by the water and far enough away from the airport you couldn't hear any noise. Indoor pool was a definite plus and the full breakfast that was included had a great variety of good food. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Room was large […] and very clean. Two small negative points were that the Nickelodean channel on the TV didn't work and the room could have done with a refrigerator and microwave (there was plenty of room for them) Overall we loved it and we will definitely stay here again. The hotel felt really worn out in every way, and under-maintained. All of the things that made it cheap to build stand out. Next time, I'll stay in one of the many alternatives.

This is a nice, clean hotel with excellent customer service. We booked with breakfast included and enjoyed the buffet. Parking is free with an included shuttle that will take you either to the airport BART station or into San Francisco. I stayed here, on my way to napa valley on my latest road trip. I wanted my wife to see San Francisco be fore we head north. It was about 20 minutes drive to fishermans wharf, it's very close to the SF airport. Room and the hotel was clean .
