Lovely hotel. We had stayed here many years ago, but it has had a major uplift. Lobby area is quite nice with lots of comfy seating. Staff was friendly and helplful. I stayed in room 108 next to the lobby/ kitchen. There was never a quiet moment. In addition the room was small and the television was on the side of the bed. I wrote a comment out at the hotel requesting the managers stay in the same room I did. Im sure they will not get much rest.

We stayed at this hotel last year around this time and liked it a lot, which led us to our recent stay here. The room was lovely and, although it was close to both the elevator and ice machine, was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having the microwave and fridge. We had gotten in late and decided not to have dinner out, so the microwave […] came in handy. The only discordant note was the response we received when we asked if we could have a late check-out. We asked for a noon check-out and didn't think that was too much to ask, since we got in so late. However, when I asked the employee at the desk via the room phone if we could have a late check-out time, he told me that the hotel was fully booked the next day. With a stuffy manner, he said he'd give us a noon check-out time "as a courtesy," as though he was doing us a gigantic favor. I didn't let it ruin our stay, but it was rather odd. Oh well! I stayed here about 6 years ago. The area and hotel have undergone quite a tranformation. Service was great. Some small things that us city folks are used to are not available all day. But that's just part of the charm of being in the South!

Stay was decent, only down side was strong scent from pool chemicals probably just used. Overall room was in good shape, pool was very cold but hot tub was a bonus. We did not eat at the restaurant but found other options nearby. Need a few more signs especially during dark, rainy times to guide into the parking lot.

Daytime service-great...But, late at night we could not open our bathroom door. Took 4 calls and 50 minutes before someone came and opened it. Then she wouldn't leave the screwdriver w/ us because it was the only one. So, if you think you might need to use your bathroom in the middle of the night, bring a screwdriver !

Check in was fast and easy. Hotel modern looking, but comfortable. Easy access off of the Interstate and near restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and big enough for the two of us. Bed was lumpy, but comfortable. This was a great stay other than having loud neighbors that woke us up in the middle of the night. Would definitely stay here again.

nice hotel, friendly staff. had some confusion with the included breakfast, was charged for breakfast one of the four days, charge was removed from bill. food was very good however took a long time to be served, do not count on breakfast if you are in a hurry. overall i would book again.

The room was very smelly when you walk in. I also stayed at this hotel because of the indoor pool for the kids but I don't understand why the pool was not heated and was freeeeezing cole. The kids swam for a short time but their lips were blue after a few minutes. So, we had to get out.

The hotel was conveniently located off the interstate, and our room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I would think that a large hotel chain like the Marriott could offer a complimentary breakfast to its traveling guests. Most quality hotels do so.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and it was nice having a microwave right inside. The bathroom sink is just outside the actual bathroom, which some people like, but it's not entirely conducive at night if sharing a room with someone. Finally, hotel is right off the highway, so very convenient to get to.

I was pleasantly suprised by our stay there. This is a very nice place at a great price. We continued on to Savanna Georgia and are staying at a place that is almost three times the cost and not at nice. I would recommed this place to everyone.
