I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

"Great Stay"
The hotel room was very clean and energy efficient. Although, the front desk area was under construction the staff was professional behind their makeshift desk area. They upgraded my two rooms to ensure my rooms were next to each other. The hotel is within walking distance of the falls. it was a great stay.

We just came back from 4 nights at the falls, with all nights spent at the Courtyard Niagara. Very pleasant staff, very cozy room, super clean! You can even choose exactly when you'd like your room cleaned. The king bed was soft and comfortable. Nice jacuzzi tub plus walk-in shower. Just far away enough from Clifton Hill.. with lots of dining choices […] all around. Denny's and HardRock Cafe were a bit pricey. But, try Antica Wood Oven Pizza. We paid $22 for large fresh salad, large wood oven-cooked pizza, and soda's for two. Tim Horton's (Clifton Hill) is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Very spacious, lots of food choices, many fresh pastries and good coffee in the morning. Super reasonable too! We would not hesitate to stay at Courtyard Niagara Falls again. The price was right.. and they really delivered on comfort and service!! By the way... don't miss Niagara On The Lake, a beautiful, quaint town just north of Niagara Falls. Many wineries to tour there also. We went to Peller Vineyards. $10 per person for a very informative, yet laid-back tour. 3 samples to try at tour's end, including the famous "ice wine". $5 tour refund if you buy a bottle of wine during the visit. IT WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FALLS AND SHOPS WHICH IS GOOD, EVERTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR A PARKING SPACE WHICH WAS DIFFICULT.

"Great Hotel But Pricey If You Pay Rack Rates"
Reception was great, free upgrades to Junior Executive rooms given although other rooms were also excellent. Jacuzzi bath and wash basin separate to wash basin and W/C. Wash basin also separate to shower and W/C in standard room. Very clean throughout, large rooms. Breakfast and parking was not included. "Disappointed this time..."
I've stayed at this Courtyard two other times and this time I was very disappointed with the hotel. We arrived in our room and cereal was all over the carpet which meant that even though the room was cleaned after the last guest it wasn't done well. Housekeeping came everyday and yet I had to call downstairs three days in a row to have them come back […] a second time to do the carpet and the bathroom floors. The hotel hallways were also dirty and just about every vending machine in the place was broken. On the plus side, the location is great, the bed was very comfy, the Keg Restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city and the two person jacuzzi in our room was perfect after a long day touring the Falls. "Great value and close to everything!"
The courtyard Marriott was great! We did not need to drive the entire time we were visiting the falls. This hotel is location one block from Clifton Hill (The carnival-like tourist area) as well as quite a few restaurants. The large parking lot ensures you always have a spot which is always appreciated in a tourist area. The falls are a short 5 minute […] walk away as are the casino and park. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to the Jr. Presidential suite for just twenty dollars more. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable for two adults travelling with a toddler.
"Needs some improvement"
There is an important problem with this hotel. The insulation was bad!! We were bothered by other people's noise and the people in the room next to us were upset because our kids were "noisy" It tells me something , the insulation in the hotel is bad and I don't know if something can be done about it. We were so surprised that somebody broke our car […] tag (it is a Michigan tag) and I saw another American car in the parking lot the tag of which was broken . I think that when a hotel charges you this much, it should secure some protection to your car. Read more

"Great Family Hotel"
Kids had a blast on the little water slide. Hot tub was roomier than most ...the jets could have been a little more pwerful though. Loved that the rest room was ealily accessable from the pool. Short walk to resaurants and a great view from the room window.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting Niagara Falls because of how wonderful the staff are, how close it is to everything I need and how clean and comfortable the rooms are. This is a great place to stay!

The stay was nice. It was very close to all the attractions so we were able to walk everywhere. We did have a problem however with the front desk. My daughter left her rings on the vanity and did not realize it until 2 hours after we checked out. We called and left a message - no response. Then we walked back to the hotel. The front desk did not want […] to let us up to our room and tried to say it was already cleaned. My husband went up anyway and retrieved the rings himself. Of course the room hadn't been cleaned yet. What were our chances of seeing those rings again if we had waited for a return phone call or for housekeeping to get to the room? Read more

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very convenient to area attractions and had plenty of parking. We got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace - the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for a restaurant recommendation. "Courtyard Marriott=Perfect Hotel!"
I only have wonderful things to say about this hotel! Very conveniently located about 2 blocks from Clifton Hill, this hotel is within walking distance of food and Niagara Falls. Although The Keg is located inside, which has delicious food so you don't have to go far. If you are traveling with children, this hotel features a pool and in house arcade. […] the staff is wonderful, and the rooms are comfy and very clean. i did not have a city or falls view, but had a jacuzzi which was very clean and in perfect working order. The parking was great, and only $10/night with unlimited in/out privileges. I plan on having this hotel be my constant destination every time I visit Niagara Falls. "Centrally located and very clean."
I highly recommend this hotel due to its cleanliness and the fact that it's within walking distance to the Falls. We chose the King Bed w/ jacuzzi room and was pleasantly surprised (10th floor). The room was spacious and comfortable (we did not have to touch the thermostat once in our three day stay). The indoor pool with 15 person jacuzzi (first floor) […] was very relaxing. Beware there is a $10 a day parking and the Breakfast is $13 (which we did not go to). There is a 10 minute walk to either the Falls or the Casino. I highly recommend this hotel. Read more
"Hotel Nigara Falls"
The Hotel was located at the end of all the action at Niagara Falls. Everything was within walking distance and it was located on the other side of the falls. Check in was easy and if you drive you must pay for Parking. Hotel was fine no problems encountered.

We found the Courtyard by Marriott to be a great location. We chose not be pay for shuttle service because we felt the falls, Clifton Hill and both casino were within easy walking distance. This hotel isn't close enough to the falls to have fallsview rooms, so everything is a city view. At check-in we were offered a free upgrade to the top floor, it […] came with a jacuzzi and a comfy king size bed. The Marriott offers a breakfast buffet that I would recommend just based on price. We regret not getting their breakfast buffet thinking we could save money by eating at Denny's which is just across the street......WRONG! "CourtYard Marriott -Excellent hotel"
I really liked this hotel. The service was great. The room clean and comfortable. I had a room in the 10th floor and I could see the Skywheel and the Skypod tower and from my room. It was great. You could also see the mist that rose from the niagara falls canada (side). Let's just say that the view was great. Nice location,good bar n restaurant. Air conditioning in room was terrible,cooler in the hallways. They charge if you use the bottle of water they leave in your room. Maid staff was great, didn't eat the buffet breakfast but Keg grill was very good. Short walk to most attractions n Fridays next door is a plus
"Courtyard Niagara Falls - on the strip"
CNF is located right on the strip so it can be loud - i recommend high floor away from elevator and view of parking lot - strip is bit honky tonk so no more than 2-3 days is recommended.

Nice hotel. Would definitely consider staying there again. The restaurant at the hotel was ok at best. Management didn't seem to have control in the restaurant. Would probably recommend eating elsewhere.
Hotel was very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to the Falls and all attractions. They do charge extra to park your car.

"Nice Stay"
We enjoyed the hotel. The staff at the registration desk was friendly and efficient. The woman at the information desk was rather rude, but we just went to the desk to ask questions instead. I would stay there again
"courtyard marriott"
was awesome. Loved that it has central heat/air and we weren't kept awake with the constant drone of a room air conditioner. Nice to have 5 pillows on the bed too. Great location, clean. Highly recommended. Would stay again!!

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott on a weekday Thursday to be exact. We got there just before 3pm to check in. The front desk aren't that friendly at that time. When we got to our room we just found out that there was no water coming from the faucet nor on the toilet so I called the front desk to ask what was going on. They said and apologized that […] there were doing maintenance that there was a water outage. For me, they should at least emailed me even a few hours before we got to the hotel so that I know what's going on. The pillows are way too soft and soo are the beds. You couldn't really see the falls well a lil bit of the view. Our view was we could see the giant ferris wheel. The shuttle going to the casino took soo long to get infront to the hotel. They said it comes every half an hour. We waited and waited and the shuttle never came by so we just ended up driving to the casino in fallsview~! I knew that there was a $10 parking charge for the nite....for me what is the parking charge for? we already paid the hotel.... Maybe the other Marriott is much better. I don't think I'll stay in this Marriott again! Read more
"No complaints on the hotel"
The hotel was really nice. The rooms were large, beds & linens comfortable, staff friendly. The wireless internet never worked, but I just plugged in and all was well. My only complaint was that the picture of the hotel led you to believe it was overlooking the falls. You cannot see the falls from the hotel, but it is just about a 15 minute walk.
"Incredible Deal"
I had a convention to go to in Niagara Falls, NY. Most of the convenient hotels on the US side were sold out so I opted to stay across the river in Canada. I consider this a 4 start Courtyard. Really nice, convenient (took about 10 minutes to get to the convention, even crossing the border). And, it was less than 1/2 what I pay for a Courtyard in the […] US...an incredible value. Read more
"Great Location, Decent Price"
The location is very convenient to the Niagara Falls tourist area (the Falls and also Clifton Hill, where all the Wax Museums and Souvenir Shops and such are). Keep in mind the $10 per day for parking, but you can come and go as necessary, and I doubt there's much FREE parking anywhere int he vicintiy, so keep your car at the hotel and walk to everything. "Good room, poor food"
Hotel very comfortable - we took an upgrade to a King size bedroom with a jacuzzi. Excellent value The staff were friendly and very helpful No view of the falls, only the plume of spray over the trees that obscured the view. However it must be said that no view was promised Breakfast food, the only meal that we had, was poor. Bacon and scrambled eggs […] cold and tasteless, pastries just average. Not good value.
