Had a few friends meet me in the lobby went to the coffee bar (no coffee)ask ckerk at the desk if someone could make some coffee she said coffee was only from 5am to 10am needless to say one of the group said let's go to my hotel (Holiday Inn Express) their we had our meeting and coffee If I come back you bet I'll be booking with Holiday Inn

I liked the bed and the room was big. The exercise was in good order and clean. I took a walk along the river trail, it is very nice. The trail is good for walking and biking. I have no complaints about this place.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, the room and the other facilities were extremely clean, and the hotel was quiet. This was the last night of a long trip. The hotel was okay, but there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The a/c was too warm on "normal" and too loud on "high". The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. A skunk passed by outside during the night - which wasn't the hotel's fault, but was noticeable through the a/c.

This is not a four star hotel. Carpet was filthy, a/c was noisy, and found a hair in the tub! Heard the cleaning manager tell the employee "we have to clean the bathroom curtains - they haven't been cleaned in three weeks".

The front desk staff was lovely and very accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and my kids loved playing in the pool! I was not impressed with the breakfast selection, nor the service at breakfast. The woman who took my order was not particularly friendly and when I inquired if they had a high hair for by friend's baby, she […] said she'd have to go in back and look for it. She continued to take other peoples orders and we waited over 15 mins to get the baby chair. By that time we were almost done with breakfast. We were 5 people, booked a suite with 2 queens and a couch that made into a bed. At arrival, no suites were avail and had to use a roll-away bed for my son. We had to climb over the bed to get to the roll-away. The room was stifiling small for all of us. Very dissappointed with that aspect of our stay.

This hotel surprised me by how nice it was. Also, I was very happy about their complimentary shuttle service to the airport. This is significant, because there is ONE taxi service in Farmington (and they don't accept credit cards or provide receipts). Overall our stay was very good, although we were kinda disappointed when we came back to the hotel after a long day and were looking forward to a couple of drinks in the hotel bar only to find it was closed. The construction in the front lobby was displeasing and would have been nice if we as guest were informed of it. The parking was another issue, we had to park away from our hotel and was an uncomfortable feeling knowin our vehicle was in a non- secured area.

I certainly have to say we were extremely disappointed with our stay. It definitely was not worth the money spent. It was under renovation with an unsightly marquis sign pointing to the check in room. This was planted in the front of the hotel which was blocked by cars and not visible. The pool is extremely small and the hot tub / spa was not working. […] There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room which seems to be in many other hotels around the states and is an added convenience when traveling. The air conditioner would not stay on and was set at 68 degrees and it was so hot and muggy in the room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there's not a lot more I can say. I arrived in Farmington after 9 pm and got to the hotel around 9:30 or so. Everything was closed except the hotel bar. The front desk staff was very helpful in responding to my request about places to eat that were still open, although they were wrong about whether […] one particular place was still serving food at that hour.
