"The best Hotel and going back just to visit!"
Twin the front desk operator is so wonderful! I appreciated everything he did to make my stay a memorable one. I was expecting a mint on my pillow when I woke and breakfast in bed the next morning the way they treated me. I made up for the bad service I recieved at the other Hotel which I try to forget about bad service and remember all the good things […] about my first visit to Dallas. Over all this was a great hotel to stay in. I travel for business several days a week and this hotel ranks at the top for value and comfort. My family and I spend about 2 weekends a month in hotels traveling for sports adn my only complaint is the cost of the breakfast at the hotel. This is a lovely hotel; clean, tidy and comfortable. The best part, however, was that we choose the breakfast option. Instead of one of those common serve yourself rooms, this was an actual cafe. It was good, other than breakfast. I paid to eat in the morning and had 3 other people with me. My food came after 10 minutes, 20 minutes later the rest of my partys came out and i got 2 of the wrong things and by the time theirs came out, mine was cold. Food people were very snooty also.
