A nice hotel near plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check in wasn't what I expected. The person checking me in gave me my room keys and told me that I could drive around the side of the building to enter. No mention of what room I was in, hours of breakfast, or what time check out was. I had breakfast included with the room and there were […] only three choices to choose from . There is no breakfast area that you can self serve and if you don't have breakfast included I wouldn't pay for it. It was a good meal but only on beverage and there are no coffee stations to get a few cups to drink. The room was definitely showing age and I requested a refrigerator and nothing was in the room. I didn't complain as I could deal with not having one for the over night stay. The beds are comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. If you can book this hotel at a cheap price then I would recommend. Not a bad stay but I was hoping for a better breakfast that was self serve. Read more

It was very clean, the price was very good, the bed was actually comfortable, it was very modern but cozy, too. The area nearby was great! This was a surprisingly quiet location in a big city like Dallas. Lots of restaurant & entertainment options nearby. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will stay here every time I travel to Dallas.

Hotel staff very friendly and willing to please. We want a quiet hotel and have been pleased each time we stay there. Since we arrive late and leave early, the ammenities of the hotel are not used. I am sure that those would be satisfactory also.

Stayed here with my husband while visiting our daughter in Dallas. Loved the fitness room and the Starbucks hotel in the lobby. Very close to Addison circle and easy access to the Tollway. Will definitely be staying here again!

This was our second stay here, our first was about a year ago and it was just as pleasant! The front desk clerk Sandy was super nice and helpful! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to a variety of places to eat. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and the hotel location was perfect not to mention the price. When I arrived to my room I was struck by the slight mealdew odor in the room. I discover that the a/c unit was leaking water wetting the carpet and causing the smell. I notified the hotel attendant the next morning however when i arrived back to my the next day the carpet […] was still wet. I informed the hotel attendant on duty and was told that she would move me if the smell was over powering. Front staff was amazing, so sweet and funny!!!! We were roomed next to a loud family with children, but can't do anything about that!!!! Will always stay at this hotel when I need to stay in north dallas. So close to the Improv and Petes Piano Bar...my favs!!

I was blown away by the great rate (having stayed there before at twice the price) so perhaps I shouldn't have been surprised at the construction debris - scraping floor tile that we had to walk through or the fact that a lot of the TV channels wouldn't work or that the matttress needed replacing or that all the vending machines had been removed from […] the floor I was on. I was visiting my Mom in Eastern Texas and after flying in from Washington, DC decided to stay in Northern Dallas before driving to Tyler (2 hrs East). She was staying with a friend in Addison (Northern Dallas) so I wanted to find someplace close by before we drove the next day.The Courtyard Marriott on Quorum was very nice, excellently priced. We went to spend a relaxing weekend in Dallas. The motel was vvery nice and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was right outside our door. Pool was clean. The staff was very courteous and helpfull. We wished we had a few more nights to stay.

Enjoyed this hotel for a brief weekend staycation. Comfy bed, nice pool/hot tub. Mini-fridge in room was a nice surprise. Walls were certainly not sound-proof but the noise level was tolerable. Ice maker on our floor was broken - only a minor complaint. Would certainly stay here again, especially at the low weekend rate.

Our bathroom was not clean on the first night of our stay but was clean on the second night of our stay. This is usually a great hotel but they do a lot of youth groups (soccer, basketball, etc...) which we believe diminishes their reputation. If this is their target market, then we may be looking somewhere else next time.
