Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good. They now have wireless high speed Interenet, so that made it easy for us to conduct our business. Wish we would have had a refrigerator, but maybe next time I'll ask for one.

I've stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. It works well for us because it's close to the thruway and close to family, restaurants, and shopping. The kids love the breakfast at the hotel and the indoor pool. My biggest isseu -- the hallways and lobby are not well air conditioned, and when the temp and humidity are up, it's very […] uncomfortable. Also, the gym equipment is HORRIBLE! I like to work out daily, but this hotel has two treadmills that are cheap and old, the belt slides around on one, making it dangerous to use. The other one groans loudly. The bike is REALLY old, noisy, and broken -- and upright, very dated and uncomfortable. For the price of the hotel, they should do better. Read more

the hotel did not have an elevator. I'm glad I had someone that was able to carry my luggage up the stairs. However, great restaurant located 10 minutes away. It was recommended by the desk clerk. It was right on Lake Erie and you could see Buffalo easily. Great sunset location!

This hotel was convenient for us as we were visiting family in Orchard Park. It is easily accessible to the highway, and close to our family member's home. It is not that close to Buffalo or Niagara Falls, so if you're touring this might not be the best choice. The hotel was clean, the room was large and the front desk personnel helpful. The only drawback […] was there is no elevator, so if you have issues with walking you need to be sure there's a room on the ground floor. Twenty minutes from Kissing Bridge forty to Holiday Valley. Good price, service and clean. Pool was a disappointment, since it was cold and no towels set out. Good restaurants, fast food close. Nearby and shopping.

Hotel was clean but I was diappointed with bath tub handle broken when I was about to bath and the staff did not show any concern but only option was to move with no effort to fix. It will be nice to provide service

I travel through this area on a regular basis and have stayed at all three of the motels available. At one I was bitten by flees and the other was far too expensive. The Comfort Inn is conveniently located right off the highway. There's a fantastic new restaurant within walking distance, a Wallmart, gas stations and lake side retaurants within a few […] minutes drive. The Peace Bridge into Canada is only a 10 minute drive and the Lewiston Bridge is another 20 minutes. The Airport's only 20 minutes away, as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable as is the rest of the motel. A nice touch is that they have a diferent security code for the internet connection every time I stay there. The staff has always been very proficient, friendly and helpfull. This motel simply has the best location, staff and value for the money of all the places I have stayed at in this area. Read more

Nice, clean rooms, well maintained hotel. Noise levels in the rooms were much higher than I would have liked. Traffic noise was high and there was very little noise insulation between the rooms and cilings.

as stated above,The trip was made great for one reason mainly. There was an employee there by the name of Morgan. She was very comforting, as well as knowlegable of the Buffalo area. She was courtiest and I feel sh went well above and beyond to accomodate my friend and I. She drove us around the hotel area, told us the places to shop, and safe areas […] to have a drink. Great hotel. The room was huge and clean, although one of the power outlets didn't appear to work. A few minutes after we were in the room, the front desk called to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The wireless internet worked fast and smooth and didn't drop out at all.
