My two sons and I went for a one day ski trip to Jack frost. We checked in at 8pm on New Year's day the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and specious only 3 miles to the mountain and the breakfast spread at the hotel was awesome.

Had no problems the first night. Breakfast was pleasant and satisfactory. Second evening was a different story. Soccer teams were running up and down the halls until midnight. Floor above us was very loud until 2 am. Pool area in evening had 5 children screaming and splashing and fooling around. Father didn't control them. Enjoyed our stay. Room very clean. Clean sheets and towels. It was rainy and cold so we enjoyed the indoor pool with jacuzzi very much. Breakfast was better than average continental breakfast at most hotels. Would recommend staying there. Good value compared to other hotels in area.

Um first impression was good I like the staff at the desk they were friendly and helpful. I'm the room was clean and with alot of amenities which j liked. The only thing I didn't really like was the included breakfast there was no coffee when i got there and the food was very minimal and you had to bump into people just to get to one item.

We were on the second floor and all night people were slamming doors and kids were running around in the hallway yelling and talking loudly. Finally fell asleep around 3am. The hotel was clean and had nice ammenities like a game room and fitness center BUT there was a very strange urine-like smell in the bathroom when we checked in and there was NO water pressure when we took a shower-the water even stopped entirely!! This hotel is in a great location! We choose this hotel because it was close to the Lehigh River where we went White Water Rafting and it couldn't have worked out any better. Our room was designated as a "smoking room," but there was no odor of smoke, which was a pleasant finding. Although we had little interaction with staff, the times we passed through the lobby they all smiled and said hi. The gentlemen that checked us in was very pleasant. We would stay there again.

Not the nicest place that I've ever stayed, but if your making your way to the Poconos, this is a decent place to stay. It's out of the way but also at a great location; where I-80 and the Parkway meet. Worth the money. Recommend.

nice, fairly new Comfort Inn close to I-80, very comfortable and quiet, nice pool & jacuzzi but very limited hours of 10am-10pm. Breakfast the usual American cold choices & waffles & scrambled eggs. Not the cheapest but very comfortable.

We arrived during the afternoon, checked in, and noticed that in one room the heating was not working (it was not a warm day). Maintenance arrived and fixed the problem. We were disappointed that the pool was not working. There was a delay in getting a part for the heater so I was informed when I asked daily about it. The rec room was located right near us and there were some very loud teens in there at 10pm. I had to call the front desk & ask them to do something about the noise.
