This was a great hotel with easy access to the center of Boston. Shuttle service was available to the train making it a quick 25 min trip into the city.... The room was also very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast every morning was also great. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel next time I am in the area. We stayed at this hotel so we could take the kids to Boston. Took the shuttle to the T station and went into the city for the day. Hotel was clean and pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good.

We received a phone call at 10 o'clock at night, saying dog sniffers were let into our room, they were there to find bed bugs. They claimed one of our bags had bed bugs in it, there was no paper work or any message left on our phone. So for a month […] we kept both bags in the garage, washed all our clothes in hot water. Hotel was fine but the staff put me in a handicap room and my associate in a pet room without even asking us and didn't think anything of it when we inquired as to why. Clueless about business traveler expectations or customer service in general it seemed. We're not 'special' but we do stay in hotels 150 nights a year. I won't be back to this one.

The room is sold as advertised. Very solid, no gimmicks. Room is clean, stuff is friendly, when I checked in, in a snowy day prior to the checkin time, the manager (Mr Fan) is providing me all the information I need in the hotel, their shuttle schedule and info in Boston. Very helpful. The breakfast is good, free parking. I had a good stay.

First we had a problem trying to find parking, due to the huge space for the restaurant parking only. There is not enough parking for the hotel quests - road around and around for 15 minutes to find a space next to the dumpster on the back side of Hotel. Check-in staff did know what they were doing. We had to have our room cards re-activated twice before […] being able to get into the room with 5 pieces of luggage and three children. We requested a cot, twice, that took over an hour to receive. When it did come it looked old and nasty. Staff was not friendly in hall ways or in main areas. Morning breakfast staff was rude and had no tolerance for people getting food - kept rushing children. The location is terrible. We were coming from Maine to Boston and had to drive way past the Hotel and then turn around through the turn pike to get to that side of the road. Staying at this hotel couldn't be more convenient! It is located a short distance from Logan Airport, and getting to and from the airport is a snap with the free shuttle from the hotel. Even when my flight arrived late at night, a quick call to the hotel produced my shuttle within 15 min. The room was very clean, comfortable, and secure. Everything […] was well stocked. Linens were in good condition and upscale from the average large chain hotel...including ( I think) down pillows!
