Room was up to date, clean, roomy, and overall pleasant. Heated pool, and hot tub were avail 24 hours which was a plus. Family of 3, stayed 1 night to enjoy Disney waterparks. Did use the pool at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The Pros: hotel & room was clean, staff was nice enough, breakfast was decent. We came in on a Saturday night and found it nearly impossible to gain access to the hotel parking lot. The nearby amusement area blocked all roads and spilled in the parking lot. Great location! Friendly staff.... Except for the company relentlessly trying to get you to book their time share presentation. Room was not so clean, there was a globby white mess on the carpet when we got there, the cleaning service never cleaned it up our entire stay. The shuttle service was disappointing, running only once or twice per day. This was a huge selling point for us when booking this hotel. Check-in was fast as we arrived at noon and staff very friendly. Very nice location with plenty to do in the area with lots of restaurants and shopping and easy to get to and from hotel. Nice place to stay. Nice decor and staff. Heated pool was a bit cooler than what was expected. Some minor maintenance issues but nothing to be upset about. Staff was accommodating. Most things were included in cost; however, the room safe was a daily fee. The morning breakfast buffet was very nice. The shuttle to Disney was only to two park and had […] limited departure and pick up times. During our stay, the parks opened at 8:00 am during the Christmas Celebration, but the first shuttle did not depart for the park until 10:30. The internet service was not working during part of our stay; however, the hotel was able to get it fixed within a day. This is an important aspect if you plan by using the web for assistance. This hotel is in a good location. It is within a few minutes of all Disney park. Universal is close, as well. Lots of restaurants in the area. Old Town attractions get very busy on the weekends so it is crowded in the area for the hotel during these times. Like most of the other reviewers, I must say this is a great hotel for the price. The complimentary breakfast is included, which is great. You can choose from eggs, sausage or ham, toast, bagels, some fruit (we even had berries one day), cereal, juices, biscuits & gravy, waffles (although they might need to work on those, they didn't taste so good. […] New batter mix guys!) and coffee... you know, standard complimentary fare. Staff was friendly, even gave my kids some game room tokens (Galga & Air Hockey don't work so good though). The rooms were clean, & the hotel was clean too. You are about 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and you don't have to pay Disney hotel prices! They have a pool, they have a hot tub, and even a bar outside near the pool with tv's for sports. The downside... The hotel is located by old town which is a kind of sketchy carnival type set up, but it's not that big of a deal. Not enough to make you go somewhere else. When you are at the hotel, you feel safe. Because of the carnival, the hotel gets partying guests which can make a lot of noise. We experienced one day of that but were so tired we fell asleep w no problems. Rooms on the pool side get the pool music, and you can also hear music from other rooms, if they are playing it with some volume. The hallways can get loud because the room doors aren't sound proofed... but I have to say I am a fairly light sleeper and I could deal with it, so there ya go for what that is worth... Hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby area. Me and my family reserved a kings size suite with sofa bed. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and the a/c worked wonderfully. The bathroom is rather large which was a plus for our little ones bath. Bed was very comfortable and great size. The breakfast buffet was somewhat of a […] challenge. The line was very long and there weren't enougn tables for our family to sit and with 4 little ones that was a big problem for us. The servers made sure they broke down the buffet right at 10 a.m. so that left us scrambling around trying to get all of our breakfast food before it was put away after standing in a long line for quite some time. The breakfast was ok for our family, all the children wanted was bananas and cereal with yogurt anyways. It would have been nice to have some grits! They go well with eggs! The only complaint I have is the elevators taking so long to get to you. The hotel room could have used some updating as far as the furniture and decor goes but it still was clean and cool. For the price, I would stay again especially since the hotel is located right next door to the hotspot play area and old town. Read more

We were easily able to return to the hotel in the middle of the day and rest, then return to the parks without feeling like we were wasting a lot of time. For the first few days of our stay, there were relatively few guests, but the place started to fill up near the end of the week. This put a bit of a strain on the efficiency of the elevator service. The whole building smelled clean, unlike some nonsmoking hotels that have a hard time removing the smell when people try to smoke in their rooms despite the nonsmoking policy. We would stay in this hotel again and also recommend it to friends. The hotel was fantastic. It was set back from 1-92, so there was no noise from the busy main road. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Our stay was very comfortable the hotel was kept clean, and staff was friendly. The only draw backs were that the hotel advertised a childs' pool but it had been removed and there was no notice of a festival the day of our arrival which made getting to the hotel very difficult.
