This hotel was perfect for us. We were a group of 3 each had our own beds. It was very clean and comfortable, had free wifi, and provided good breakfast. The location was awesome right in the middle of old town and new town close to all the sights and tons of shopping. The people at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect. Service impeccable...Staff very friendly and accomodating .Hotel location nice and quiet after hustle of Old Town over the Charles Bridge. Our room opening onto the garden courtyard was wonderful. Breakfast out doors daily equipped with a mother duck sitting on 12 eggs, and the ducklings making their appearence before our departure. The whole trip was a ten!

We found the staff very accommodating and helpful. They had transportation tickets we could purchase for varying time periods. They arranged for a taxi to the the airport when we departed. The breakfasts were very adequate with a large variety of items to choose from. We loved the uniqueness of our room. All facilities (bathroom, TV, elevators) worked very well.

"Hotel in the residential area"
The hotel I staid in Prague was lockated in the residential area of Prague so you have to take a tram everyday to reach the tourist sites or the Prague metro. The room was good but breakfast lacked choice of dishes and the plates were to small. Over all I enjoyed my stay.
"Inexpensive Hotel"
The Comfort Hotel is an inexpensive out of town hotel, though it is well served by a very frequent tram service to the city. The hotel provides everything as stated in its website. The reception staff speak English and are helpful. The buffet breakfast is the same every day but there is sufficient to offer some variety. The room was kept clean and tidy […] by the maids. All in all the hotel offers good value for money. The down side to this hotel is the paper thin walls and noisy corridors, which can be made much worse if the other people on your floor happen to be students who come back after a nights drinking at 4.15 in the morning. "Pass even at that price"
Used for one night on way to airport. Hot, noisy, marginal area, long ride to city. Breakfast and hotel staff were good, but this location still fell short Spent a total of three nights at two other hotels in Prague for $20 - $30 more and they were 3 times better than this hotel.

"Goed hotel 30 min met tram naar centrum Praag"
Hotel Fortuna West is een prima uitvalsbasis om de stad Praag te verkennen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

"Das Hotel Fortuna West liegt weit weg von Zentrum"
Das Hotel ist weit entfern von Zentrum, man muss mit den Straßenbahn mindesten 30 Minuten fahren, aber ich muss sagen dass, die Haltstelle ganz Nah liegt. Im Ungebung von Hotel gibt nicht vieles zu tun, und wenn man nicht in Prag Zentrum gegesen hat gibt ein einziges Restaurant in der Näher wo die Leute sehr unfreundliche.
Een redelijk hotel om enkele dagen te verblijven wanneer je Praag wil bezoeken,de tram die op korte loopafstand te vinden is ,was in ons geval het meest ideaal,in twintig minuten zit of loop je in het centrum van deze prachtige stad. De inrichting van het hotel is vrij gedateerd maar de kamers zijn redelijk ruim en de bedden oké. Val niet over stof,dat […] deden wij ook niet. Het ontbijt is sober maar voldoende. Er is geen Internet op de kamers en drankjes meenemen vanuit de bar is streng verboden ;-) De omgeving van het hotel is niet echt mooi maar heeft vlakbij een park waar je óverdag heerlijk kunt wandelen na het ontbijt bijvoorbeeld. "Mehr als zufriedenstellend."
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist voll ausreichend. Man kann nachfassen, mit allem, was reichlich angeboten ist. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind zwar etwas abgewetzt, aber bei den vielen Reisenden ist das kein Wunder. Hervorragend die Lage zu der TTrambahn und der abgeschlossene Parkplatz, dder nachts beleuchtet und […] videoüberwacht ist. BBeim Checkout gibt es auch keine Probleme. "Bra Men ikke imponert"
Hotellet var ok, men beliggenheten var litt langt fra sentrum. Uten aircondition og med åpne vinduer ble det varmt på rommet og mye støy fra ferdselsåren som gikk tett ved hotellet.Frokosten var svært sparsom.Brødet var tørt og gammelt.

cheap but far from city center. there is a big difference in what room you get even tough the price are the same. first i got a room looking like a barack /bunkhouse then i complained and got a fantastic nice dobbleroom for the same price.

Meget godt hotell til den prisen vi betalte. Kan absolutt anbefales. Det er kun 15 minutter med trikk inn til gamlebyen (trikk nr 9)
"Kamer niet meer van deze tijd"
Hotel heeft prima verbindingen naar het centrum van Praag. Helaas is het hotel zeer kil. De kamers zijn saai (wel schoon)...de TL-verlichting ontbreekt alleen nog. Het hotel mist iets..wat bijvoorbeeld een Mercure of Novotel wel heeft...Het bied niet veel extra als alleen maar slapen. Je kunt iets drinken aan de bar....Het ontbijt voldoet!

Mycket fint hotell, rent och bekvämt. Ser ut som 70-tals hotell. Det ända som jag kunde se som negativt var sängen som låter ganska mycket nar man vänder sig :)
