The front desk area seems rather seedy, and I wasn't impressed with the professionalism of the people running the front desk. Well located, easy access. Walking distance from a bus and underground terminals. My only complain is the bathroom, you have everything you need, a shower, toilet and sink in an area no bigger than a telephone booth.

Very reasonable price for a twin room in London we have no complaints. The breakfast was optional (paid in the morning), the staff were exceptionally helpful, the breakfast was basic but again reasonable, for as much as you want, again can't complain. Within walking distance of Vauxhall Station.

I would recommend this hotel for a night, passing thur stop - not any longer due to the small bathroom's - esp the shower. I was travelling by myself but was placed into a twin room? not too sure why! Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable - great place for a one nighter not three!!!

I bought this as an Expedia "secret hotel" and was disappointed with the location at first. However, the 88 bus that goes past the door goes right past Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus and Oxford Circus. What more could one ask. Naturalmente non possiamo aspettarci una camera superlusso con tutti gli optional, è un buon 3 stelle, con ventilatore e senza frigo, ma non servono, il clima è abbastanza fresco, ne ho visti di peggio in Italia, i bambini non pagano neanche la colazione, e poi è molto vicino all'uscita della metropolitana, basta dall'aeroporto prendere il treno express […] per Victoria e a Victoria prendere la metro (Underground) per Vauxhall e in pochi passi arrivate in albergo, evitate di farvi spennare dal taxy. Considerate che per me era la prima volta e avevo oltre a mia moglie tre bambini. Londra per fare shopping è sublime, specialmente se puoi spendere, ma purtroppo è troppo cara, immagginate che 12 euro costa un pacco di sigarette, e un caffè varia dai 3 a 4 euro, per non parlare di un fantastico panino con hamburger da 15 euro. Bisogna andare necessariamente nella vicina Oxford, per una gita culturale e visitare almeno buckingham palace, westminster, vedere il Bigben, oltre a salire nella ruota panoramica più alta del mondo per scattare foto fantastiche, e poi non deve mancare una visita da Harrods, dove trovi di tutto, dallo cioccolattino eccelso all'orologio da 100.000,00 euro, o il collare di diamanti per il vostro cane. Attenzione in aereo a non superare il peso di 20kg per passeggero e un solo piccolo bagagli a mano, perchè per 4 kg in più la Easyjet, a mio parere esosi, mi hanno fatto pagare al ritorno 100 euro. Bra rom til familie med mindre barn. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gange unna undergrunnstasjonen.Vi ble advart mot nabolaget på kveldstid. Flere gode serveringssteder i nærområdet( Hot Stuff, indisk mat som var nydelig) og en portugisisk som var bra. Hotellet i seg selv var enkelt og ok med dyr og dårlig frokost.

家族5人で利用。 まず、wifiの設定。手間がかかったがお得な一週間利用の設定にしたにも関わらず翌朝wifiが繋げない状態。画面に再度設定の要求をされる。 車の騒音、雨音で寝付けない、シーツに黒い汚れ、停電になるなど。 あと従業員の対応が非常に残念。 ただ、アクセスには便利なホテルであった。

Svært prisgunstig for en familie på fem (9,12,14). Badet var flott og rent, rommet var helt greit (køyesenger og ekstraseng i et dobbeltrom). Hotellet ligger 10 min gange fra t-banen og etter ytterligere 20 min ( inkl t-banebytte) står du på Piccadilly Circus. Vi kjøpte frokost hos lokale (portugisiske) kjøpmenn og spiste flere av måltidene våre på de lokale ( portugisiske) restaurantene. Hotellet ligger en ti minutters spasertur fra tuben.Ikke Londons beste strøk, men ok når en er flere sammen.
