It is close to the airport also, so it is a good option when you need to catch a plain early. A taxi to the city will cost you around 260 sek.

Dayschift just wrote it down and did tell nightshift to prepare. The worst thing is I've never stayed in room with out window before. Consider the distance though bcs you will need to walk a bit or to get a bus to a metro station from where you will get a tram to the city centre.Would probably not consider it next time because of the distance.

There are two Mornington Hotels in Stockholm. The one in Bromma costs about 300 SEK to get there by taxi or 40 SEK by subway and, then, bus. The Bromma hotel is a fitness hotel. Motto: Get Movin'. Clean, comfortable. My room had no window though. It got really warm in there during the night. But, the staff was friendly. I liked the place. The restaurant was a little pricy, but better quality and prices than the hotels in London. I'd go back again.

Hotel excellent value for money (particularily at weekends) and best breakfast buffet I´ve come across in Sweden as it includes hot choice and not just usual cold spread. Location is "out of centre" but buy a SL travel pass and it is no problem. Very helpful staff. Small point, the cabin single rooms have no window but have the "window wall" tastefully curtained to cleverly disguise its absence - but not for the claustrophobic.

We visited Stockholm during an EC medical conference, everything was booked so this location was not our first choice. We were unaware that we were so far from Stockholm proper (15 min by cab). The view from the front windows was best described as a mixture of a warehouse shopping center mixed with industrial. The walk to the nearest metro was .25 miles if not more. The lightbulb above the vanity in the bathroom remained unchanged despite the fact it was out and the water temp. was borderline scalding. Overall, a clean hotel but an undesirable location.

My room was very clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. One drawback is that there is nothing much nearby except Bromma Airport and rather barren business districts and it is quite difficult getting into central Stockholm. To do so, you need to get a bus to a metro station, and tickets cannot be bought on the bus. Fortunately tickets (which are valid for one hour on bus and metro) can be bought at the hotel and public transport is well-organised in Stockholm. The wireless is of good strength but implemented using eight-hour duration vouchers, which are quite inconvenient. For instance, after a sleep of eight hours or eight hours out on business your wireless connection will no longer be valid, so you will need to type in new credentials from another voucher. Be aware that the hotel's private web-site is quite out of date. It mentions "Fresh fruit and mineral water; evening paper, and dressing gown" as complimentary for the Executive Single room, but these never appeared. Neither was freshly squeezed fruit juice available at breakfast, so far as I could see. The restaurant food (as tried once) was very nice but the "plate model small, medium, and large" referred to on their web-site again was not in evidence.

The rooms were clean and spacious in comparison to most European hotels. I liked the gym and the sauna. There is only one computer with internet access and sometimes there is a wait to use it. The only downside is the distance from the city. We had a tough time finding the hotel and in order to get downtown, you would have to take the 176 or 177 bus which runs every 15 minutes, depending on the time of day to the Brommaplan station. The Vreten station is within walking distance but is isolated, has less trains, and closes early.

It has a very young and energetic feel about it. It also includes free Wifi. The only thing bad that I can say about the hotel is it's location.
