      We stayed 3 nights. The first night the bed was so hard we ask for a different room. They moved us into a room with a new mattress. The next 2 nights were great. Personal was great in solving our problem. I would stay there again.

      Loved the 3day holiday weekend getaway from the cold winter. THe surrounding canyon and red rocks was beautiful. I loved the healthy food and all the classes plus the spa.

      This hotel is beautiful, recently upgraded, and comfortable. Loved the rustic feel, and the staff was fantastic. We'll be staying there every time we come to Zion!!

    This visitor center is located off U.S. Highway 89 near Mt. Carmel, Utah. It features exhibits, rangers (who provide trail information, issue permits, answer questions, and give talks), a gift shop, and is the place to catch the park’s shuttle bus or to meet for park-organized hikes and tours. The Zion Canyon Visitor Center is open daily, with extended hours in the summer.

    There was a light bulb missing from the light near the bed. The mini-fridge froze everything solid despite being on light cool setting. And the screaming match outside my room place at 2am didn't help. No one asked, "How was your stay?"

    The hot tub was full of sand and about 80 degrees warm. We were looking forward to soaking after days of hiking. The staff was terrible. I asked him to come look at this and he helped two people after that. About thirty min later i went in again and he still did not come.

    The bathroom was really stinky and hated it. The room was clean but the floors were creaky - I was scared of waking up the other guests when I wanted to go in the middle of the night. So get a room on the lower floor if you are going to be late or rise early. The 'breakfast' was minimalistic with waffles, toasts and milk/cereal (cheerios & fruit loops!) […] + std coffee.     beds were uncomfortable, pillows absolutely sucked. Found long hair stuck to side of tub in bathroom. Room had a dirty, musty smell to it. Paper-thin walls, could hear neighbors talking, could hear every car that drove by.

    We stayed 2 nights. The cold water to the bathroom sink was turned off due to a leak. Only had hot water that quickly became too hot to wash hands, brush teeth, etc. Had to use the tub faucet. The continental breakfast a disappointment. There was only one waffle iron that the batter stuck too every time so it came out in pieces. No syrup. The only other […] items were cold cereal and plain sliced bread. They had juice. The room had little sound insulation so we heard noise most of the night. On the plus side, the price of the stay was low. Bed and room was good. Housecleaning was good. We got to check in early. It was convienient to where we needed to be. Read more

    We arrived after 5 pm & the outside temp was below 30. The temp in the room wasn't much warmer. Took about 1/2 hr to get the room warm. The remote control was broken. Carpets were filthy (white socks of our 4 year old was black on the bottom after a short while). Bathroom stunk. Black mildew along edge of shower. Table in room was broken where the legs were near buckled in. Pillows were the cheap cotton […] type. Nasty hair stuck in nap of blanket covering bed (you know the kind I'm referencing).     Really great place to stay. This was my second stay here this year. The ONLY bummer was the wireless internet didn't work well in our room. But everything is awesome. I would recommend for anyone to stay here. I'm sure next time I go to Zion I will stay here again!

    Rooms are nice, breakfast is really ok. The swimming pool is between the parking lot and the road though. Really close (about 30 min) to Zion National Park.

    The breakfast room was much too small for the number of guests, and the selection of food was terrible...2 sugary cereals, cheap honeybuns, and white bread. Waffles were the only good thing to eat, and of course, everyone wanted one, so there was a long line. We ended up buying our own cereal to eat with the milk offered.

    We would be spending most of our time in Zion National Park so all we needed was a clean and comfortable room where we could relax after sightseeing and hiking. The hotel met our needs. I was grateful that the water in the tub/shower didn't "back-up" at all while I took my showers (pet-peeve of mine). If you use lots of shampoo/conditioner, you should […] plan on bringing extra. We were given little soaps and only small packets of shampoo. Even though the parking lot was full, I didn't hear any stray noises coming from neighbors. I slept so well. The TV was small but big enough to catch a good football game in the evening and keep us posted on the local weather. We had a fridge that was almost twice the size of those cube-sized mini fridges. So we were able to keep our water bottles and snacks cold. Oh yeah, the cooling system in the room worked great. The man at the front desk who checked us in was very, very friendly. The continental breakfast was decent. We booked the room for three nights. I wish I had taken my swimsuit. The folks in the pool seemed to be having a good time cooling off under the warm sun.
