It is a nice new hotel with comfortable rooms. Only negative was the limited offerings at breakfast, especially the lack of cereal and milk.

The hotel was very modern and cozy. Some items were left behind in drawers from previous guest and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom which tells me that the cleaning crew wasn't thorough. But very nice facility for the cost.

Our visit was nice. The hotel is older but somewhat redone and is adequate for a few days. Everything worked in our room and bed was comfortable. Will probably be back.

Front desk service was excellent! Breakfast was good, but kinda pointless to give you a check with a total when you have tickets to get the breakfast buffet free. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, muffins, fruit, waffles. Breakfast "service" wasn't worth giving a gratuity. Indoor pool was warm and clean; wish the room entrances were indoors instead of out-- it was a cold run back to the room! Didn't see the hot tub until we were leaving the folowing day-- not well-marked. Overall happy with our stay.

"Best Western Motel in Clarksville, TN"
The room we had to use was on the second floor because the rooms on the first floor are priced at a higher rate. This should be part of the identifying features of the room. The cloth covered furniture (sofa, desk chair, swivel chair) needed to have the holes in the covers mended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
