My family stayed here during our recent ice storm because we lost power at our house. When we arrived the heater was set on 80•. It was ridiculously hot. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When I called for extra, we had to go down & retrieve more. Very bad customer service. They charged me twice, put me in a room that was already occupied. After bumping into a lady just getting out of the shower, the front desk lady that was on her cell phone through out, made the same mistake. The hotel room wasn't worth the amount.

The receptionist was friendly and helpfull in answering questions. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good sanitary condition; however, friends a few doors down the hall complained about discolored water when they turned on the bathtub faucet. The quality inn is nice for the price. Their are at least five places to eat within a mile and 2 or 3 places right down the street. Its the 3rd place I've stayed in Monroe and it was nicer than comparably priced places.

Though this hotel was quiet, it was way more than I would spend on a place like that. The property is dated and the finishes reminded me of a nursing home. The TV was also fuzzy on every channel and the A/C louder than most hotels I've stayed in. It was clean but not worth it.

The staff was friendly and fun. The computer use was convient as we watched the wolrd USTPA on line in the lobby to see when we needed to be at the arena. The breakfast was the best ever with the milk gravy biscuts, waffel made by the staff, eggs, bacon and sausage!!!! Double wow on that.
