We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and better than we had hoped. It was close to the freeway and a short drive to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool off in as well.

Usually when I visit Naples I stay in hotels on Tamiami Trail near to the beaches..since I didn't expect to go swimming this time I chose a hotel closer to I75. From the moment I drove up to the entrance I knew it was a mistake. The exterior alone should have been enough...every two feet these Greek statues bordered the driveway and entrance..with kitschy […] fountains..the interior was a combination of chandeliers, tropical fish, and gaudy glass vases.The room was dark, and creepy...granite floors and cheap furniture...no toiletries to sample ( only dispensers), no extras at all...The " breakfast room" was a cramped little 10x10 room and the coffee was Maxwell House, no Starbucks or Barnie;s in this place. They were cleaning outside and an accident occured and got my clothes and shoes a little dirty. They gave me a cloth to clean them when I asked and explained what happened. That was good for me as it wasn't that bad. The breakfast was good also with choices.

The lighting in the room was poor. Needed to ask for additl. TP. No blanket for bed, had to use the bed cover. Otherwise the value received was fine.

We were there only for one night but the room was perfect for a small family. The rooms were all renovated and the beds were comfortable.The hotel is close to the beaches and next to a gas station and Mc Donald's that is open 24 hrs. The hotel staff was ok but for some reason they never smile :)

room was very nice, staff were very helpful. Only complaint was that in the pictures it shows a Jacuzzi by the pool which is one reason I booked it. The Jacuzzi is not working and has not been for some time, and they are not sure if or when it will be. That should be mentioned in the details. other than that, very nice stay

Nice rooms but we had to change from the 1st one as the smell of cigarette smoke was intolerable, even though it was a no smoking room. Very nice and remodeled bathrooms. Breakfast was not nearly as good as the last Best Western that we stayed at.

Location of hotel is perfect, very close to both Naples and Fort Myers (Sanibel and Captiva). We played golf on Arrowhead, which is only 10 minutes far from hotel. Hotel is very modern and looked pretty new, junior suite was large enough for 2 people.

Really surprised how nice this place is. Fountains and statues ouside, contemporary art inside, and a lot of granite. Rooms are very well done, certainly more like a 4-star set up than a 2 or 2.5. Nicest Best Western I've stayed at. Experience was a little dampened by shoddy exercise equipment that rattled and squeaked loudly the whole time used and […] the owner/manager, a young guy, kept his car parked under the canopy in front of the door so that no one else had room to pull in and unload really. It was there 24 hrs a day and everyone had to walk from the parking lot. However, very nice breakfast selection, including make-your-own waffles, with two different fruit toppings available. And right off of the interstate, but tucked back enough with trees around, so that you didn't hear it at all. Read more

It is a motel, partly nicely decorated, persons at the front desk were friendly, washer broken, beach chairs broken, built too close to two gas stations (smell and noise) and interstate, breakfast not satisfactory.
