Hotel needs to be updated. staff was friendly but room needs to be renovated big time carpet old and smells old tv also needs to up graded o a flat screen, the one in my room was the old tube type tv with out dated remote control no shuttle service offered by quality inn to an frm airport shower had very little water pressure and air conditioner was […] not efficient in cooling during my stay. Continental breakfast was good that quality inn offered. Vending machines were either out of order or very little item in the machine. All in all very disappointing stay to say the least. I would recommend this hotel. The heater in the room worked very well. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a lower priced hotel. They are about to do some major renovations, the pool wasn't heated and the hot tub was sketchy. Overall a great place to stay

Beautiful pool. Very good breakfast--large selection of items--even a waffle machine! Main complaint was if we used our room key to get in the side door which was close to out room, then the key wouldn't work when we would go to use it to get into our room. We had to go to the front desk each time causing great annoyance both from us and the staff.

I specifically booked this hotel for being pet friendly--- and No Fees listed for these pets listing in the fees section. when I got there I declared my pet to the night cashier. He tried to charge me for this -- and I said NO beacuse the fees weren't listed in the fess swectioin--- and he didn't charge me but said i would have to take it up with the […] day Manager. I had a rather tense discussion with the day Manager. I explained my position of the fee was not listed in the fee section for this this hotel on the Hotels.com Website. She tried to explain to me that the sign on their wall was binding and that I had to pay for the pet. I said --NO that I had already paid with my credit card and that I wasn't going to pay because the fee wasn't on their/your website. She finally said that I wouldn't have to pay after see looked up the website and seen with her own eyes that that fee wasn't listed. Finally You-- Hotels.com need to have a stern discussion with your partners that if it isn't listed in the fee section then they can't charge me for it. you need to have a section or comment section when, a person books a room, to declare pets or other special requests like needing a ground floor room due to health considerations. Stayed for business since our office is just down the way and I wanted to avoid the resort fees. Closest restaurant was the Orleans which was about a 3/4 mile walk down a busy street. No hotel shuttle. Lobby was a little run down, duct tape on the couch. Breakfast was sparse but typical for Quality inn. Comforter on the bed was worn and had a few holes. Roach motel, even saw one running down he sidewalk. The neighborhood was scarey and they tried to charge me for my childrens hamster. I paid way to much for such a horrible hotel. Very disappointed.

It was clean and amenities were as expected. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Quiet surroundings. Good location, near airport. Neighborhood may not be safe after dark compared to the Strip hotels.

Thsishotel is either old or just not maintained. The television was snowy the entire time and the internet did not work the majority of the time. The breakfast in the morning was skimpy to say the least and many of the items were not available. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was tidy. Nothing special but it was a clean place to stay on a sold out weekend in Vegas. The bed was hard. We asked for extra pillows and received them immediately. It's a bargain motel for a bargain price.

Went down to have breakfast to find that their was no coffee inform the staff. I waited and it seem ed the staff was more involved with personal phone calls.

This hotel was terrible. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in, and never goes away. The lady at the front desk was completely rude and could barely make enough time in her day to check me in. I had two bags, so she tried to charge me $20 extra because my reservation was for only 1 adult. I disputed this because I was by myself! She chose to talk […] to her Manager... So I waited patiently while they discussed things in another language. Finally, without saying a word or acknowledging my objection, she handed me a room deposit agreement for signature and a key. I said, "Thank you" and went to my room in hopes that my card was not getting billed an extra $20. On the room: It was dirty, the bed was hard, and the water pressure was completely non-existent. Horrible experience! Roaches climbing on the walls, and I have pictures to prove it. My reservation was incorrect, a fault of hotels.com which they gladly took care of but the staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Refused to give me a crib (which they offer) because the room they say is too small. There were actual roaches on the walls climbing […] around. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. They were out of eggs and sausage and when asked when we could get more they said they carted them over from another facility. We waited an hour, no food, the cereal was empty, the coffee never refilled and I had three kids to feed. It was completely horrible. There were drug addicts and prostitutes hanging out in the parking lot. The hot water didn't work in the bathtub and the remote control had no batteries in it. Such a horrible experience I can't fully explain how much we were dissatisfied. I will never go there again let alone ever recommend this to anyone. DO NOT STAY THERE. Read more

The hotel staff were very courteous, and I liked the fact that fresh coffee was available in the lobby. The breakfast was good, make your-own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal coffee juice etc.. on the reservation I was lead to believed that my room had a stove and refrigerator with a King size bed only to get check into a room with a chair and table .when ask why were I put in room that I did not reserved ? Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und sind am nächsten Tag abgereist. Das Hotel sieht von innen etwas gebraucht aus (Flurbereich), aber unser Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Indoor Pool und Spa vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit Waffeln! Auch hier alles sehr ordentlich.
