We had a great time. Linda at the front desk was very friendly. So was Debbie in the breakfast area. Also the manager on duty was very friendly. We enjoyed everything about the place and the people.

Overall a great hotel. Have stayed there on Christmas the last 3 years. The only negative thing I would say would be that the climate controls in the room were a little wacky. The room was huge! Free breakfast included sausage and eggs every day. Staff was wonderful. We stayed for 3 days to attend the Bristol Renaissance Faire and will definitely be staying there again next year.

Stayed one night prior to taking the Metra train into Chicago. Room was clean and fresh, nice beds, pool was well ventilated and large, hot tub was nice sized, breakfast was adequate for our needs. We're not picky people when it comes to food so it all worked. Also within 10minutes of the outlet mall in Pleasant Prairie.

Was only there for overnight...but it was before a half ironman...and breakfast is supposed to be from 7:00 am - somthing. The staff prepared cold breakfast by 5:00 am so that the triathletes would have nuitrition! It was awesome. there were hotels much closer to the event that didn't even have fruit out. Great Staff! Nice accommodations.

Nice location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was a bit chilly but there was a nice whirlpool to warm up in. Food was okay. When ice machine wasn't working, the staff offered to put my leftovers in the employee fridge--really appreciated this.

I happened to check in while the elevator was under repair. After a few trips up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor they got it repaired. Nice room and breakfast area. Too bad the in room movie was not working as well. The front desk offered to give us free movie tickets to a local theater.

I had a really enjoyable stay (1 night) at the hotel. The room was large with a clean bathroom. The hotel was completely booked so I could only get a room on the 1st floor (near the pool). But it was a weeknight and very quiet so I was quiet comfortable. I will definitely return here when I come back to town.

Everyone seemed really nice and they didn't even have extra charges for printing off the lobby printer. When we first checked in my sister and dad were given a room with a king size bed and couch even though I had requested a room with 2 beds. The comment made was someone could sleep on the couch. We told the manager that wasn't acceptable and he said that he was booked for the weekend and couldn't give us a room with 2 beds for 4 nights. He eventually […] did agree and found a room with 2 beds. Also the keys to our room did not work when we first checked in and we had to get new keys. Then on our final night the keys did not work and the comment made was we extended our stay and the keys were only made for 3 nights. I told the manager that we had booked the stay for 4 nights originally so that reason wasn't true. All in all the hotel is a very nice hotel that is well maintained. Read more

I absolutely loved the decor! It is so much more comforting staying somewhere with decor that makes me jealous as opposed to an out of date, run down place. The breakfast was also delicious. I will probably come back in the future.

The room was a good size, not crowded. The only problem we had was the noise from the people above us. After 2 calls/visits to the front desk close to midnight the noisy people were first asked to quiet down, and then they were moved.

Our son ran in the Footlocker Regional Cross Country Meet over Thanksgiving weekend. We needed to stay over night and knew nothing about the area. We picked the Holiday Inn Express through Hotels.com because it had a 4.7 out of 5 rating. We were very happy with our choice. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel was very quiet and probably the closest to the swim meet we were attending. The staff was very accommodating, including opening the breakfast area 15 to 45 mins. earlier so our swimmers could eat prior to going to their meets. Thank you!

We had been to German Fest in Milwaukee & needed a place to stay as we were headed to the Bristol Renaissance Faire the next day. The room we were given had all the amenities--fridge, microwave etc. It was very nice, reasonable priced & the desk person was very nice.

When we first checked in we ended up in a smoking room that hadn't been "refreshed" the odor was very strong and the curtains were stained yellow... they moved us within 15 minutes to a clean, fresh room when we called the desk. This is a relatively new property and it was generally in good condition. Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Decent breakfast options included. Pool was OK. But the small refrigerator in the room was obviously a hand-me-down ... top bent, corner broken, door would not shut all the way. The ice making chamber was covered in 2" of frost.
