There is a lack of amenities close by and you cannot get food or water that i was aware of other than delivery to the hotel without going out yourself. But it was clean and comfortable but the fridges in the room make a lot of noise.

I travel a lot for business. This is the worst hotel yet. It stunk. Literally, stunk. The smell was so bad, I could not sleep. I went outside and slept most of the night in the car. Hotel is basic, but recently renovated. Very close to King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge Casino. The room was updated, but not plush in any way. For the price, it was just fine. The hotel sits in a business complex. The back door that you are suppose to swipe the card to get in, was not locked which I didn't like so much.

Horrible experience with showing up and them not having my correct room along with the entire place was under construction and the noise was ridiculous. Then every hour on the morning of checkout I had to answer the door to let them know yes I was checking before checkout time.

We stayed just for one night, mostly because we had a dog with us and other hotels in the area either didn't accept pets or charged a fortune for them. If we had been there for an extended stay, I think we would have been annoyed at the lack of a dishwasher in the room. The room was very comfortable, though: not all that spacious but laid out reasonably […] well. It created a bit of congestion to sit at the desk and work since the chair backed up almost all the way to the eating counter of the kitchen. The web site pictures provided regarding Hotels appearance completely misrepresented the actual conditions of the Hotel's exterior and inside the rooms. They could have only been taken on opening day which I'm guessing was just after the revolution. This is a "no frills" motel. No "free" breakfast, but fridge/microwave/dishes in the room. Want your bed made or fresh towels? That costs extra, but you can get fresh towels at no charge from the front desk. The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and location was very quiet for all the shopping nearby.

Considering how expensive hotels are, this one was affordable. Nothing to fancy but overall a solid choice. Close to Villanova University where my nephew was graduating so it was convenient. It had free Wifi and was in a safe location. I would reccomend this place.
