"Location, Location, Location"

Not much by way creature comforts for this extended stay hotel, but if you're looking for a place that's literally across the street from the plaza than this is your place. Boring studio setup, complete with kitchen, stiff bed, remodeled bathrooms and free parking are what you'll get. The price is unbeatable and if you're not planning on spending much time in your room then this is a perfect stay. If planning on staying more than a couple nights, it might be worth spending a little more for another hotel...

I like the Plaza and the Art museums so for the price this is the best deal. The park before the plaza is a great place to walk and watch the locals interact after work. Relatively safe area with a fun bar across the street.

Made a last minute reservation and debated on finding a new hotel. Had to hold my nose in the common areas and buy a room freshener for my room. The front desk assistant was rarely there and on the phone when she was. Slept in head to toe clothing. Location was great, though.

The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Remember your shampoo, hair dryer, and toilletries as none of these are provided.

We checked in late at night and couldn't wait to check out and find a new hotel first thing the next morning. The rooms were uncomfortable and the hotel needs improvement. When we found flying roaches in our room the next morning, we were out as fast as possible.

no pool, no ice machine, no shampoo etc. only 2 pillows per bed. no real lobby or lounge area. good location to the plaza with a steep walk home

Great Location. Closest Hotel to the park and Country Club Plaza. Very friendly staff. Full kitchen so if you are staying for more than one day there is a full size refridgerator to store your food or leftovers in. Ample parking available. Friendly staff and price is very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great as far as the location and price, but remember to bring your own shampoo. Service was questionable and based on who was there. I asked the night clerk for shampoo because the room had none and was told- they were completly out. When I mentioned this to the clerk in the morning, she mentioned they had plenty and proceeded to pull a number of bottles from under the counter; I guess the night clerk didn't want to go out of way to look.

This hotel recently underwent renovation. The room was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for access to the Plaza and art museums.

I couldn't remember the last time I checked into a hotel that not only didn't have shampoo in the room, but had no ice machine in the hotel. "Health reasons" were cited for the lack of ice machine, and "use the ice trays" in your refrigerator was the response. That's real nice, when you're needing a cold drink, and you just checked in--who wants to wait hours for ice to be made? The check-in clerk was on the phone with her boyfriend and couldn't be bothered checking us in. It was pretty bad from start to finish. Oh, and one of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was falling off and nearly hit me on the head.

Did not have some of the amenities one expects in a normal hotel (i.e. hairdryer, shampoo and other toiletries). It is meant to be an extended stay hotel where you might be relocating to the city and want a kitchen.
