Overall a good deal. Very reasonably priced and right in the center of things. Room was a bit run-down w/ a funky smell (perhaps because the heating had just been turned on). Reasonably clean but had some opportunities to improve bathroom cleaning,etc. This hotel could be a great option if it was just kept up a bit more.

This is the 3rd time I stayed here and the place is close to good restaurants, Perimeter mall and hence many shops and has access to MARTA rail and bus network. Publix and RiteAid are at a stone's throw distance and so is Einstein Brothers. A great location for the price you pay.

Nice small hotel tucked away in quiet cul-de-sac. Very convenient location, near the interstate and a short walk from MARTA station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great value! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent quality for the price. Our Queen bed room had a full kitchen. Even though it was a smoking room, there was no ashtray smell to the room. Great location in close proximity to shopping, restaurants & a MARTA station. Will absolutely stay there again!

This was a great room for the price. Very close to the Publix's and Rite Aid. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I was impressed. Two bathrooms and a full kitchen were great surprises. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a hotel. Great job.

There was a convention in town and this was the only room available convenient to my location. The TV didn't work in the non-smoking room I was first assigned so I could do without or move to a smoking room. There is NO housekeeping for stays of less than a week; no clean towels, no beds are made, used coffee packs are not replaced .There is one hair […] dryer for the property, it was being used by another guest the morning I asked for it.The office doesnt open until 7AM so if you need to catch a flight before 9AM, there is no check out or receipt. It was an ok hotel if you are not looking for something really superb and very comfortable. But anyway you should be aware of that you are not paying the price of anything superb, do you? I was just sleeping in the hotel and then it was all right. For longer stay or for a stay with family or a romantic stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

I was left waiting in reception for 15 minutes. When I phoned to try to get a response , the man said " front desk" and I said no it's not ecause I am here and you aren't. He made it clear that I was in a non smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. There were even burn marks on the sink where cigarettes had been left. The hotel was in a great spot. Close to everything in Perimeter. It was also clean and had a great flatscreen TV. The main problems were that I was checked into a room that wasn't ready. They were defrosting the AC when I walked in and it ended up leaving the carpet wet near the unit. It dried after a day. It was decently clean and sufficient but nothing spectacular. I liked the neighborhood, the staff and the fact it had a kitchenette. However they probably need to make a few repairs and DEFINITELY need firmer mattresses and better fitting sheets.

This hotel could be ok for everyone if there was not so much late night traffic and the noise level was high. The sheets looked used or they may have been just wrinkled. Too many cigarette butts around the door and stairs although I was in a non smoking section.

This was the filthiest, most dangerous motel I've ever stayed in my life. I couldn't bring myself to take a shower in the disgusting shower. We had to stay in Atlanta for our infant daughter to have surgery and we did not want to spend an arm & a leg on a place to lay our head for a few hours. The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely friendly, even though we arrived at 10 o'clock at night. The property was well maintained & felt secure. Our room was super clean and extremely spacious. Bed was comfortable, nice clean bathrooms, and even a kitchenette! All of this for a GREAT price. Ok paid extra for non smoking room. came to check in hotel around 2 and room was not ready, after 20 min wait they said it was ready. It smelled like very old cigarettes, cleaning supplies and air freshner. Called the office and thats all they had available. Didn't feel like calling hotels.com to get the difference back from non smoking room and couldn't […] drive to another so I just dealt with it. They charge for internet and it is very slow even it you pay the EXTRA money for a faster connection. I did it and I hate to see the regular speed. lol. This hotel stay was a horrible experience. Loud partying went on in the rooms around me into the wee hours, the room was filthy and had damage everywhere. I paid the $5 for internet service but the connection would only work for about 10 minutes each day. After 10 minutes I would be automatically logged off and unable to access it for the rest of the […] day. The people at the front desk were relatively friendly, but that was the only positive element. Overall, I did not feel safe and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm not entirely certain, but I think I might have been exposed to bedbugs at this hotel. Two days into the stay I started noticing bug bites on me and would get a few more each day. This hotel was adequate. The rooms are clean but ordinary. Only complaint I would have is that there is no hair dryer in a room that is supposedly used for an extended stay. Also, no hair shampoo. Some trivial maintenance issues in bathroom that showed a little age but nothing offensive. Overall, a decent room for the price.

THE ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED WAS NOT SERVICED. IT WAS QUITE SHOCKING TO GRAB ALL MY BAGS OUT OF THE CAR AND GET TO THE ROOM AND BOOM! NOT CLEANED. TOWELS EVERYWHERE AND AND UNMADE BED. WHAT TICKED ME OFF WAS THE FACT THAT THE SECOND ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED WAS SMALLER AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS WERE JUMPING OR BANGING, EVEN AT 5 AM.
