We stayed two nights, and it was a pretty good stay for the price we got. The hotel room was pretty big. It had a kitchen/ bar area (not typical for expensive hotels) which came in quite handy. The only complaints I can give are that the ac wasn't working in our room, and when we tried to call down to the desk to ask for extra pillows no one would answer. […] We called a couple of times too. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, and there was only a thin sheet and bedspread on the bed- you can plainly see the mattress through the thin bottom sheet- no additional blanket or mattress pad. I was very disappointed. My room was very nasty, when we arrived the room had a very closed in smell and the room was not clean. We arrived late and was to tired to go to another hotel that evening. We only stayed one of the two nights booked. We went to another hotel that next morning.

I have traveled throughout the world for both business and personal purposes and this hotel is without the doubt the worst place I've ever stayed at. My travel party reserved two rooms for our stay. One of the rooms had not been cleaned from the previous occupants and pardon the description but the toilet had poop in it. This room was not very clean and was in disrepair with heater controls hanging from the wall and was just generally dirty. At this point we just gave up and took what they gave us. There were several guests wandering around with 24 ounce cans of beer that appeared to be drinking for days. The best description I can give is crack house for this hotel. Had to go purchase cleaning supplies to take a shower.The kitchen was nasty,with spills everywhere.I was really disappointed.I would never thought that this hotel was this nasty!!!! The outside of the hotel was nice and clean, but my room was not. The refrigerator had spilled juice still in it, the previous guest's soap was still in the bath, and there was an unusual amount of dust on top of the coffee maker, leading me to believe the room had not been cleaned in a long time. There were still remnants of food/liquid on the bedside […] table. Toilet seat was about to come off. Looks like lots of patch work had been done in the bathroom, but that could have been overlooked if the room had been cleaned. On the positive side, this hotel is very close to a large mall, Starbucks, any restaurant you could want, and near a nice neighborhood. From the dog excrement in the abbreviated green space next to the car parking space to the grungy handles on the refrigerator, to the treadbare, dirty carpet, to the coffee table with one leg badly askew and flopping loose, this was the worst overnight ever. The hotel was very nice outside, the surrounding area was gorgeous. Then i enter the hotel it smelled like stale cigerettes, there is water marks all over the roof. My room had a kitchen in it with the microwave above it you can still see the grease all ober it itwas very sticky. I didn't think we could find a bad hotel in the Cool Springs area but I was wrong! Room smelled like smoke and mothballs. Room was very outdated. Security lock was missing on front door. It was a pleasant stay. Stayed for a sports event with 2 teenagers. Kitchentte area was great with a large enough refrigerator to store sport drinks/waters and food. The number for the rooms are on the building near the doors. You can't see them from the parking lot. There is no building directory on the buildings, so I drove around looking around for my room. I had to the office to find my room. The air conditioner did not cool the room totally. Everything else was ok.

The first room stunk like dog urine. The second room the air conditioner didn't work, the third room was fine. We stayed about two weeks while our house was being repaired. It was ok. They were stingy with replacement towels. Three times the key cards stopped working and we had to get new ones.

During my 3 night stay, the beds were never made, the trash was never emptied, the towels were never replenished, there were no drinking glasses in the bathroom. No ammenities except one small bar of soap was provided, the iron was gunky and left a stain on clothing, our request for a wake up call was rudely denied. The carpet was filthy and stained […] and there were holes in the drapes, The area outside of our room which was non-smoking was littered with cigarette butts, which were not cleared away during the length of our stay. The check-in experience was a little disappointing - nice girl who checked us in but heat and no internet and general air of oh-well was a bit disappointing. Our room was nicely cool, which was a great boon on such a hot day, but though the closet boasted an ironing board there were no hangers; we left shortly for a concert. The shower faucet was tricky to operate, but we managed. The selection of tv channels was very limited and very disappointing. The worse of all was the condition of the bed - VERY hard and very uncomfortable (and my own bed is very firm). There were no extra pillows at all, and this was very disappointing. When I moved the nightstand to be able to plug in a heating pad, there were a lot of cobwebs, which told me cleaning had only been superficial for some time, so the first impression of a clean room was a little misleading. And there were paint stains in the bathroom sink and dust/dirt on the bathroom walls. Booking through Expedia we expected a better-than-average room or at least an as-good-as-average room at a better-than-average price due to the shortness of notice - an unsold room, basically.
