Great location for where I was going. Parking was great, right in front of the room. It was a smoking room with no ashtrays. No trashcan, soap or shampoo. Got in late and left very early so was only there for about 5 hours and didn't have the time or energy to get these things corrected. So do not know the quality of actual service with this hotel.

This is a resudence / extended stay hotel. It has a kitchen. Bring shampoo. There was soap. I olnly stayed one night. Location close to Airport. Shuttle service wanted $20.00 for the 5 minute ride. A cab was $15.00, and the cabbie was kinda ticked off because it was so close. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice. The room was not as clean as I expected. Mainly the bathroom. Nut it was cheap. Met my needs for a one night stay.

If your simply looking for a nice place to catch some z's and be able to cook in, then this a great little place. The price is great, the rooms were clean and the kitchenette was nice. We would stay there again.

"Third Stay"

I have been at this hotel for the third time over a six-month period and have not been disappointed. I chose it for cost, but it was handy to my work location and the beaches where I spent my spare time. I could shop for food to cook in the room. Even though it was close to the airport, I was not disturbed by plane noises. I was comfortable in the immediate neighborhood and it was close to major roads. I will stay there again.

"Third year for us"

We stayed at this hotel the last 3 years, it's clean, the staff is very helpful and close to the NY Yankees training camp. We cook on the road and their kitchens work out well. Although they advertise they supply pots and pans we've learned to bring a couple of our own. We will be staying there next spring.

Compared to our hotels based on price and location this place is 'doable'. Its not a honeymoon location but its a place to sleep, shower, etc.

I only stayed one night. Just needed a place to lay my head but the room had a mini kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove (that worked) and breakfast bar. Very nice for the price. Will definately stay here again. Would recommend to anyone

After reading some of the reviews, we expected the worst. The hotel people were very nice, especially since we did get there 'after hours' - they have a phone next to the office door that calls someone to come to the office. The Room was small, and the bed was hard, but it was what we needed for a couple days. We were pleased with the price considering everyone else was charging a crazy amount per night, 3-night minimum (Superbowl Weekend).

Front office closes in the evening. You have to ring bell for check in. Convenient location for early flights from the airport. Small room. All else satisfactory.

Even though our reservations were made well in advance with 2 rooms next to each other (for the kids), when we arrived, there were no rooms near each other available. Although the desk clerk was wonderful and did her best to try to remedy our problem, nothing could be done. We had to leave our kids in one bldg. facing an office park and we were left on the otherside of the building facing the other side of the hotel. We felt that the rooms were well worn and felt dirty and depressing. I would not stay there again.

The hotel rate was reasonable for what I thought was a queen suite. The room was small with the bed, dresser, bar, stove, full size fridge, and microwave. Room cleaning was based on the number of nights stayed.

we arrived at 4:30 P.M., our room was not ready. clerk gave us another room. went there, key did not work. went back to desk for another key. back to room--it was not cleaned. went back to desk for another room. finally a room--not good. looked like it hadn't been dusted for months, grim on clock radio, stove, counters--and roaches. the only good thing -- it was close to the airport.

They wrongly checked me in into the room which was not cleaned even after 4pm and said it would take another 30 minutes to clean up the room. I had a meeting at 5.30P and I was hoping to get ready and also take some rest. Since I told them I cannot wait longer they send me to another hotel which took 30 min to reach there.

"Not a Great Place to Stay!"

This hotel was VERY dirty! There was absolutely no shower pressure. The bathroom was filled with hair on the floor. The sheets looked like they had been slept in! The glasses in the "kitchen area" were extremely dirty! I don't care how much you pay for a Hotel you always expect it to be clean! Not this one! The only good thing - was the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and was able to handle checking people in and answering phones.

The hotel was just okay. The air conditioner and heat had broken knobs and was hard to control. The wireless internet was choppy. There was only maid service once a week. It was close to the airport and highways though which was a positive. The hotel was middle of the road at best.

The room was a decent size, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Nothing was filthy, just general grunge and dust everywhere. We also stayed during a very cold night and found out the heater in our room was not functioning. We would have been willing to move to another room, however the front desk is NOT 24 hours and no one was available. However, the kitchen was decent for preparing food. Overall, I'd say it's about a 6 out of 10.

If you have allergy this is not the place for you; seeing that this place is pet friendly. The room was not vaccumed properly to remove the pet hair all over the room. i started sneezing, itching, and choking and did not know why. The room looked clean. I started to check the carpet and the sofa bed. Then I found the place was filled with pet hair.
