It would have been a pleasent stay, but the woman at the front desk nagged us till 12 am about paying them. I had to call yall at 12 to work out the problem. She actually walked in the room while my husband and I were in bed. Never will I stay there again.

I'd asked for a queen, non-smoking. Got a king that had been smoked in. They gladly swapped rooms and the bed was still small. Aside from that, no complaints. Secluded area and only one way in and out so I felt my car was safe.

everything was overall fine except that the office was closed by 11pm and i had to call hotels.com to call the hotel to let me in to get my room since it was after hours and they didn't offer a phone outside to the ring the office. it was for emergency calls only. other than that it was just fine.

I specifically chose this place for the kitchen... There was no kitchen, only a stove top and one of the burners didn't work... The other could only work on high!!!!! The hot water in the sink was warmer than the hot water in the tub... I decided to take a shower instead of a bath and the hot water only lasted 2 min then turned ice cold!!! Upon arrival, the room was very clean and exactly what we expected for the decent price and very near Cowboys Stadium (we were attending a game). However, we did not realize that there would not be any maid service and had to make two trips to the front desk for more towels. The clerk who checked us in was not a regular employee of the hotel. She was nice and friendly, but clueless to the layout of the property, and couldn't give us directions to our rooms. Out of 6 days there was only one day that they actually got our reservations correct. I had to leave work 2 days to come back to hotel to take care of which cost me a lot of time, money and stress. Not to mention the key cards had to be redone each day.

when we called they said check in was at 3 so when we arrived at 7 they told us they didn't have any clean room and culd we come back in an hour!! That's rediculos if I have a reservation to check in at 3 and I get there at 7 that gives u all day to clean a room. There were stains all over the carpet. There was no soap or dish soap for the kitchenette. When we went up to the office to see if we could get some, they asked us to be sure to return the dish soap when done with it. (What??!) When we checked into our room, we took a short nap and while sleeping, our door flew open!! We sat up to see another guest […] who thought this was THEIR room! The clerk who checked us in forgot to enter us into the computer for that room and gave another guest keys. After that was sorted out, we found out that OUR keys no longer worked and had to get them fixed. Fortunately, all went well after that. I was surprised to see that there is not cleaning service in the room. I was also taken back by the fact that we had to keep running to the office to turn in towels in order to get clean ones to shower, took three trips in order to have everyone in our room clean. We didn't check in until 6:30pm and the maid still didn't have the room clean. Lightbulbs were missing. No Hand towels. There was a huge hole in the ceiling above the shower that was being held up with masking tape, not well enough because I saw a cockroach escape. SO GROSS and total waste of money.

The first room that was assigned to us, was still dirty with the last person's stuff still in there and a pack of cigarettes in the room, which it was a "non smoking" room! We were then moved to another sister hotel, that was supposed to be an "upgrade", but it was the worst room my family and I have ever stayed in!!!

We arrived after the lobby was closed for the night but I was able to use the phone outside the main door and the night clerk was cheerful and had everything ready for us to go directly to our room. I liked that there was a full kitchen at this hotel. The price was right. The only thing I would have to give as a negative was the very hard bed.

Overall, pretty poor. One of the light fixtures didn't work, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, the toilet handle was broken and when I got up in the morning, I discovered the bath/kitchen floor was flooded.

We chose the location so that we could easily get to the Rangers ballpark. The series was very popular and the majority of the other hotels around were already booked. The only two employees that I saw were friendly. The hotel seemed decent but the room seemed a little old and the bathroom could use a touch-up.
