It was a nice, clean room that was close to our doctor's office. We only had to stay one night but if we had to stay longer it would suit our needs perfectly. Free WiFi, a full size fridge, 2 burner stove top with plates, cups and silverware.

It was a good price and nice room, however, staff and front desk not very helpful. They knew very little information about the neighborhood. Also be aware that if you stay less than a week there is no room cleaning all week long. Breakfast is very cheap but free. Overall I can recommend it but have not much hotel expectations.

Horrible. The hotel was not clean. I booked a room with two double beds, there were three adult men and they gave me a room with one queen size bed. I explained to them that was not going to work and the response I got was there is nothing I can do for you. I was eventually given another room that was a smoking room. We don't smoke. Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. I arrived late in the evening and the room I was assigned wasn't clean. The front desk clerk was not apologetic, she only told me that a smoking room was all that was available and actually tried to argue with me by telling me the computer indicated the room had been cleaned. I went to Houston to visit my boyfriend's family and he said this hotel would do because it was affordable and in a decent enough area. It's not close enough to walk to food or shopping but I felt safe. Good: the room had everything I needed and appeared to be generally well kept (a few minor cracks in tiles/ grout... We stayed here because we went to the Rodeo Friday night and had to work a committe the next morning at 9. It was very convenient and we were able to walk right across the street to it. The only thing I had an issue with was the AC made really loud noises all night long. Other than that it was a bad stay.

I chose this hotel because of its' nearness to Reliant Center - walking distance.The staff was efficient and friendly and very helpful when we checked in and when we left. The room was clean and neat. The heating worked [it was cold when we checked in]. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

I'm not sure why there were so many negative reviews for this place. Yes, this location is not a 5 star hotel. But if you would like an reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay that's close to downtown or the Houston medical facilities, this is a hotel worth staying at. I thought the staff was friendly. (Perhaps they could hire more front desk […] staff. The front desk person was responsible for checking in guests, answering the phones, and attending to problems.) Electrical stove didn't work the first day, I missing dishes and utensil and cookware, but otherwise, it was okay. I loved the bed. It was very comfortable. The location was also quiet. I had no problem falling asleep after the meeting.

It was fine and very convenient to place we had to be at. It was suppose to be a NON-SMOKING room but it as very stale smelling and it was too late in the night to ask for a change. It could have used a good dusting and sweeping but overall ok.

Although it was clean and a good value for the money, the room was cramped and had no comfortable seating. Also, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a constant challenge. Maintenance-wise, the phone did not work, and caulk was falling out around the tub. The folks in the office were friendly and competent and fixed our key card twice when […] we were mysteriously locked out of our room. Finally, we were almost late for our first appointment, as the shuttle driver called (mumbled) our destination building by a name we had never heard of (and never heard again). Had to get off and do some fancy maneuvers to get where we needed to be. Still made it on time, as we started way early. We were glad we didn't have to stay any longer than we did. We will look for a better place next trip. Did appreciate the convenience of shuttle to hospital, however. Thankfully, many other hotels in that area offer that too. Read more

The hotel was completely remodeled since a prior stay less than two years ago. My room was very nicely decorated and comfortable.The furniture and linens were very new looking. My bed had two types of pillows which was nice for my guest and I. Also, It was a cold day and evening outside but we were nice and cozy inside our room. It's not a hotel and should be removed from category. Their policy only allows for rooms to be cleaned after 7 days of stay. It should be clear upfront and I wasn't aware since it's the first extended stay hotel I stayed at. Room was not ready ...no towels in room on arrival. Very negative experience overall
