My dad and I were "upgraded" from our two double bed reservation to one king bed without our knowledge due to overbooking for the convention we were attending. When we expressed that we would not like to sleep in the same bed due to being relatives we were "upgraded" to a "remodeled" queen with a pull out couch. The couch had a one inch thick mattress […] with no sheets and had orange peels and dog treats in it. When we asked for sheets to be put on the pull out thats what they gave us A SINGLE FITTED SHEET, no top sheet, no blankets. The bathroom had short and long black hairs all over the counter and in the bathtub. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the bathroom. The heater had the knobs removed as it was supposedly hooked up to the wall thermostat, however, the heater ran all night despite the thermostat being set to OFF. The 'grab n go' breakfast consisted of apples, oranges, muffins and granola bars. We asked several times for extra pillows and were given none, asked for a blow dryer and were given an iron, and were assured that the manager would be there first thing in the morning to follow up on our issues but found out from the other employees that he would be there any time before 11 am whenever he felt like coming in. About the only thing good with this hotel was the price. The trash was still full when I walked into the room. The front desk had a sign that advertised a "grab and go" breakfast from 6am to 10am. The next morning I find out the lobby didn't open until 7am. There were no cooking dishes or utensils had I wanted to prepare my own food.

Arrived late. The parking lot was not plowed from snow. So, the lot was icy. The room key machine was broken. So, the check in person had to let us in the room. But we couldn't leave without being locked out! The room was clean but small. We did speak to the manager upon checkout. And he was very nice and reduced our bill.

I was very disappointed. the hotel was dirty hadn't had maintenance in who knows how long. there was trash under the stairs. the room that i was in was supposed to be a non smoking room and it had cigarette stains in the sheets and on the counter along will all sots of other things wrong with it. i don't have the time to say all of the things wrong […] however needles to say the list is extensive. The price and location were good, but this was the worst place we stayed during a 2 week trip around the Western USA. Our non-smoking room reeked of tobacco. The door lock was broken. Several fixtures had been roughly repaired. The creakiest, loudest bed I have ever slept on.

I used to be a professional tour guide and so I have stayed in thousands of hotels. I can honestly say this was one of the worst I've ever experienced. When I arrived to check in, nobody was at the desk. Another person waiting said he went to check on a room problem. While i was trying to check in, three other people came in and complained. Two access key problems ans one saying his room didn't have towels, hangerss or an iron. My room faced the freeway so a lot of noise all night. The hotel grounds […] were not clean. For what it costs there is nothing wrong. But being so inexpensive means you don't get a lot of service. Main issues, Outside areas covered in trash, Deadbolt on room door was broken, and no Toilet Paper in the room. Not complaining just being honest and for the price that is what I expected.

Where do I begin. Air conditioning did not work, no shower curtain, no tissue paper, no shampoo, no towels. Coffee cups were dirty, hair on the walls like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. 1st room we were put in had what looked like egg yolk smeared all over the counter. There was hair in the bathroom sink, hair on the toilet & chunks of something (I don't wanna know what) in the bathtub. Looked like they made the bed & put in new towels & walked out of the room. 2nd room had a clean toilet, tub & sink. I have stayed several times at this location... it seems to me that the service is going down hill... Upon checking in, i had to wait for the desk agent to go check to ensure that the room was clean... The desk clerk returned and appologized for making me wait...
