During my stay, there's no "hotel service" other than the front desk (at check-in), as there's no cleaning service. The condition/maintenance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room is very poor. The only convenience of its location is that it's close to the airport, but nothing nice (good restaurant or bar) that is in the surrounding neighborhood, […] as it's close to small offices & gas station. For about $70 a night, you get a bed, kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge, TV and free wireless. Parking was very easy. This was a very good value for the money.

This hotel is very close and convenient to the airport. Small shortcomings are no shuttle service, no stores nearby, cab fare is about $12. Rooms are not new, reasonably clean, but worn. For the price not bad, if you have average expectations. It is a place to crash and sleep. Was very quiet.

I assume by the can cap that was in the entrance doorway, there was a party and someone became sick and threw up in the toilet, because the toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. To begin with we couldn't pull the curtains closed. They were too short for the window. The sliding door that usually creates a little closet was missing because the track was there but no door. Thank God we got in late just to stay overnight and catch an early flight from Dulles.

The room smelled. The walls has urine stains. The cabinet in the bathroom was falling apart from water damage. The shower was so gross we did not shower. I would NEVER stay here again or allow anyone I cared about use this hotel.

The outside of the hotel looked nice. The first room they put me had been smoked in quite a bit although I had asked for a non-smoking room. One of the lamps was also broken and hanging under the shade. A bit tired around the edges but good value for the money. It is what it says, 2 stars. Walls are thin but not terrible, beds are not the newest and pillows pathetic, but we were only there for a couple of short sleeps. Internet was OK but if you need lots of band width and capacity it will cost more than the free option.

While a non-smoking room, had smoky/musty smell. TV remote and phone handset grungy—sanitized/cleaned before touching. Loveseat stained and filthy—wouldn’t touch it. Bottom runner for closet door broken. Shower moldy and dirty. Thank goodness no bedbugs—but that is the only positive comment I can make.

Our stay was totally comfortable and completely relaxed thanks to peace and quiet of this excellent motel very near Dulles airport. The kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast we chose and the room had a good tv comfortable stools for eatinf and a very comfortable chair and footstool. It was a really fine choice we made.

Dirty hotel with no appeal. Bring shampoo because the hotel does not provide it. The hotel does not have free internet and has 19 inch tv's in the room. Terrible. I'd say that the hotel was decent value for money were it not for the cleanliness. On the plus side, it provided the basic comforts of everyday living (free Wi-Fi, Laundry, vending machines, free local calls). The location was great, opposite a food court, gas station. I guess you get what you pay for here. Even the No Smoking rooms smell like smoke and the aroma of old damp hotel is present. The location is excellent, being right off of Rt. 28 in the Sterling Business area. The refrigerator in the room wasn't plugged in, but I didn't realize it before my food had gone bad. My room had not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. This is an extended stay motel, but the kitchen was not at all equipped, not even for the simplest food prep. The motel was convenient to nothing. There was only one restaurant in the near vicinity, having limited hours (closed at 6 pm) and mediocer food.

For those hoping to find a convenient and clean room look elsewhere. There is no free shuttle from Dulles to this hotel so one most take a cab to get to and from this location. The room was not up to any reasonable standard as I found large spiders near the bed, the iron was non functional and it smelled bad.
