The place was ok. There were black areas on the walls near the vents. Not sure if it was mold or not. The room had a kitchen and a good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Tv was an older crt model (not flat screen).

The non-smoking room had had a lot of smoking going on in it. Hair was in the bathroom like it had never been cleaned. Wendy's and a theater are within walking distance. Convenient to the airport, but no shuttle to it. They were pleasant about upgrading the room earlier in the day.

Ok but much less than expected. Not a place I would choose to stay. Promoted as a higher scale property than is anywhere close to reality. Has an old Motel feel. Has not been upgraded for some time. However, it was clean, maintained and in a good location.

I arrived at 1pm after having been on a red-eye flight and hoped to check in early. The front desk woman seemed overwhelmed and rude, and told me to come back in two hours. Room paint was peeling bed and pillow was hard and flat.. was very hard to sleep on...I ask for a late checkout and housekeeping was knocking on my room door at the regular time telling me checkout is at 11:00. I will never stay here again..

My room was clean, and surprisingly set up like a studio apartment. Breakfast bar w/2 stools where I worked from my laptop, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, TV, large bathroom, and very kind lady who checked me in. A great find, where I will stay every month I travel for our manager's meetings.Thank you

While the location was fairly close to BWI airport, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. First, I requested a non-smoking, but the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Second, I found a huge spider and its web in the shower. There was a stain of some human bodily liquid on the wall by the toilet in the bathroom. Finally, I do not think […] the room was even cleaned because I found "party" confetti ALL over the ground. After experiencing all of this, I did not want to sleep in the bed (because I was unsure if it was clean), so I was forced to pull blankets out of my car and sleep with them on top of the bed. When I went to check-out at 7:10 in the morning, the employee was late. After I waited around for them to show up, I was becoming late and forced to leave without properly checking out and expressing my disappointment with the condition of the room. I would NOT stay here ever again and would recommend others to seek a hotel elsewhere. Read more

I booked 3 rooms with 2 beds in each. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the rooms I reserved. They said they could give us 3 rooms all with one King size beds. Then they said they were only available in smoking rooms...REALLY!!!!! We were standing there with kids. One of the rooms were for my 22 year old son and 25 year old nephew. For the price, this hotel was a horrible value. It took four rooms to bring me to a liveable condition. The first room had leaking water in the kitchen area. The second room's air conditioning did not work. The repairman sent in to fix the problem told me that it was fine even through it was blowin out warm air. I then had to insist upon a new room. […] The third room featured a wierd smell. It was finally the fourth room that gave me some semblance of normalcy. I would say that I did not reveive good value for my stay. Think twice about staying in this place. One bright note - the counter staff was pleasent... It was a bug in the bathroom, they never cleaned my room,bathroom looked liked it wasn't clean in months! , You have to be staying more than 5 days to have your room cleaned,no one told me that,, unbelivable. The outside looked very nice so I assumed the inside would be as well taken care of. The A/C unit was so noisy I had to turn it off. They seemed a little disorganized. We arrived about 10pm and the front desk clerk was very helpful, but there was no toilet paper or shampoo in the room and there were a couple of used washcloths in the bathroom, but it appeared the room had been cleaned.

in baltimore for sat and sunday baseball games with the phillies. arrived after 3pm, room wasnt ready or clean. was told it would be clean. arrived back after game on saturday night, room was clean, ac did not work, room temp was 90 degrees. hotel did not seem to care about situation. our situation had not even resolved and the staff left for the night […] leaving us without rooms at 1130 at night. we had no choice but to go home, ruining a weekend of baseball, leaving us unable to attend sundays game. i have never seen a staff so out of touch. communication between staff members was awful. documentation of what was available and what was not was awful. would never stay at a homstead ever.
