The hotel was in good location. We got this hotel for staying only one nice to go to the Miami Airport. The hotel was closed and cheaper. The stuffs were very nice. The room seemed a little bit old and liked motel. It was clean enough.

If you just need a bed this place is fine. No lobby, no service, no hair dryer. For a long stay this would be more convenient as you would have brought your own personal items, but for an overnight visit it's not very convenient. It was worth the small price, but there are nearby hotels with more features for a little more money.

The kitchenette was great, but I had requested a non-smoking room. Room smelled of smoke in the furniture and everywhere. We continually opened the door to get some fresh air in and the odor out.

The staff was very polite in person and on the phone. The room was very clean and spacious. I have never stayed in Extended Stay before, and was surprised with the amenities from dishes, utensils, cookwear, etc. The room was very clean, along with the appliances.

Appliances old and rusted. U will need a car. Hotel not in walking distance to anything. No HD channels. Free internet is 0.5M...so slow its useless. Staff very nice tho.

We were greeted and told they did't have the room we requested, a king room with smoking. We were given a room on the second floor and discovered it was a room with two double beds. I went and complained and was told they did have a king room on the ground floor. Non smoking. Stay was ok. Bed was hard and the pictures on the website were a little misleading as to what the actual room looked like. However it was very close to the airport . Also there definition of a QUEEN SIZE bed really means a full size. When I return to Miami though I am sure I probably would not stay there again.

This place is a very basic extended stay kind of place. It comes with a kitchen, gigantic closet, lots of cabinet space, and a good size bathroom. You could live here and that's what it is there for. It's away from everything in an office and industrial park area just across the "blue lagoon" from the airport so you do get to hear planes landing and […] throwing their engines into reverse but not super badly in the rooms. The room I had was a bit tired but everything worked well and it was clean. My one complaint was the TV: just not enough channels. I hate Fox News. If you are going to have that crud how about MSNBC or Comedy Central? The best point about the whole place is that it is fully fenced and very secure. No bad neighbors to seep into your life. Lots of work vehicles here and I would bet without worry that you will not be broken into or run into trouble in the parking lot. I chose this over a South Beach hotel to save money and in particular on gouging "resort fees" and parking costs. Driving from South Beach to the hotel was fast and easy. 10-12 mins and you pass every kind of store and service known to man or woman. I give it a 4 star rating because it is what it says it is: inexpensive big room. Free coffee and fruit and Granola bars in the AM, free wifi, and very accessible and safe and secure. And at the back: a nice view of a big blue lagoon. :) Lastly: it is really bad to paint toilet seats. Lose the painted toilet seats please. Read more

Although there were negative reviews about this hotel with hesitation I booked a stay anyway. My stay was 4 nights and I was very happy with the entire stay. My last night there I had a minor problem and the attendant at the front desk was very helpful. Overall experience was awesome, will stay again if I'm in Miami.

Stayed here for a night before we left for Orlando. Received a 2 queen bed room (instead of the king bed we reserved) which better. The room however was not all up to the mark. The bathroom vent fan wasn't working and the beds were pretty worn out. We only stayed a night anyways. For the price, I guess it could have been better.

This is the worst Hotel i have ever stayed. This was a twin bed, one of which was broken. Both lights above the night table were inoperative. The bathroom had no amenities as shampoo, conditioner or body creme, things that you find even in the cheap hotels. I had to wash my hair with dishwashing liquid that was in the kitchen.

What do you expect? – you get what you pay for! Don't expect too much. Ideal for 2 nights stay. Period. If you need to stay more nights, go somewhere else. Very good for the price you pay.

The room we stayed---comforter was of no use,it kept slipping off due to type of material. AC was timed so it took longer to cool the room after switching it back ON. Over all the room satisfied our needs for this trip as we were out most of the time.

I thought this hotel had breakfast, when we got there they just said they don't and didn't apologize. TV doesn't have too many channels. Dog costs 25 dollars per night, what a rip-off! Otherwise an ok hotel, far away from everything though.
