Upon check in Nasir made me feel welcome. He is very personable and a definate asset to have on the desk. The room was very nice, lots of room for storage. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette really came in handy.

Booked a room with a Kingsize bed. This was indicated on my confirmation email. The hotel had us booked for a Queensize bed. This what they received from Hotels.com/Expidia. They were able to move us to a new room the 2nd night of our stay. Unhappy with our experience booking through Hotels.com.

When I checked in at 2pm my room was not ready. It was by 3pm but it had no soap, shampoo or other amenities. These had to be asked for at the front desk, including an ash tray as it was a smoking room. The hotel was fine, but you're a mile from the metro, there's no shuttle service to the metro, and cab service can be spotty. Transportation was a struggle for me, to stay at this hotel and make my meetings in DC.

The hotel was having all the beds replaced while we were there and right at check out time. We had to wait 20 minutes for an empty elevator. They should have done this in the evening or early morning hours when there was no one using the elevators.

My room was filthy. Dust and dirt on the laps. My room did not smell very good. My bed made me itch. The bed was not comfortable. There were bugs in my room. Everything was outdated. Just an awful week to have to spend in an awful hotel. I think there are better deals to be found.

I traveled over 10 hours through the night due to my infant, to arrive at this hotel with no one to come to the door or desk after an hour of me calling the 1-800 number and beating on the door . Very nice and clean hotel. The refrigerator didn't get too cold but other it was a good stay. We was only 15 mins from D.C. and restaurants and stores was no more than 10 mins away.

The hotel was disgusting. It certainly wasn't maintained well and or cleaned regularly. The three nights I was there not once did I come back to a clean room. I asked the cleaning ladies every morning to make sure to clean my room and it was never done. The staff at the front desk were horrible as well. I ask them about the surrounding area: where is […] the local fast food chains? gas stations? metro stations? they put up a list and said there was no fast food near, that only this one gas station, and only one metro station. Luckily I had my ipad and found 15... i repeat 15 fast food restaurants, multiple gas stations in the area for a lot cheaper gas prices and two other closer metro stations. Either the owners of this hotel have cut deals with the locations they try to send people, own the gas station and restaurants they were trying to send people, or hired people who knew nothing about the local area to assist the residents. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR AT ANY HOTEL OF THIS CHAIN. God all you can ask for a clean room and the disrespect that they showed for the money I paid to not even do that. Read more

I was not thrilled with this hotel. It just seemed odd. First of all there is a senior facility in the building. Second, there is not any business center or a computer for access. I found the service, having to pay for a clean up, would be good if you are on vacation, but not for a business trip. It just seemed vacant in a lot of ways. Eating out, was […] not real convienent. The hotel is dated. The beds are low to the floor and decor is less than expected for the price.
