This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The comforts of the suites made us feel right at home. There were a lot of things to do (basketball, volleyball, tennis, and swimming) that allowed us to save money and just enjoy our surrounding. The fitness room was superb. We enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this hotel for all who are looking for the look and comforts of home, along with great fun!

Excellent location for stays longer than a week. The room is set as a one bedroom apartment. It has a full refrigerator, flat screen TV'S, pots and pans, microwave, balcony, small living room, dinner table, etc. The bathroom is adequate but could've used a little more room. Walking closet off the bedroom is very spacious. I would definitely go back when in the area.

1. hotel has multiple free standing 3 story buildings & if one does not have a car may require a long distance to walk between lobby and room/ especially with luggage or if one has a disability. 2. there are no elevators to get to 2nd & 3rd story rooms only stairs/ if one has alot of luggage or heavy luggage would not want to stay on 2nd or 3rd floor 3. I was not informed by the hotel at check in or when making this reservation that there are no elevators and was given a room on the 2nd floor in a building far from the lobby and due to my medical condition have trouble walking alot and doing alot of stairs. They did provide assistance at shuttling me to the building my room was in. 4.I ordered a sandwich from room service. The order was incorrect as they added an item into the sandwich that was not part of my order resulting in my inability to eat the sandwich. 5. was informed they provided 24 hour shuttle service to the airport which they stopped providing 2 days prior to my stay. Their shuttle service started at 6AM and I needed service at 5:30. When I called to verify my need for shuttle service at 5:30 the morning of my departure I was told they called a cab and the hotel would be paying for it. When I got to the cab quite by accident as I was getting into the cab it came up in discussion that the cab driver did not know of any arrangement with the hotel to pay for the ride/ other wise I would of gotten to the airport and had to pay for the ride myself. Had to stop at the lobby to clear up the situation and delay my getting to the airport.

The hotel was more like an apartment complex. Everything was gated and there was security access to all facilities. One of the nicest and largest hotel gyms with ample cardio, weights and TV's. The staff was efficient and professional. I checked in early without being charge. The price I paid was equivalent to one room at another hotel but included a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and covered patio with chairs. I would recommend it and will plan on staying there again.

Stay on the third floor to avoid hearing people with heavy feet above you. Didn't sound like there was any floor padding.
